EarnLabs was my first experience with a GPT (Get-Paid-To) platform. Over the course of several weeks, I established myself as a legitimate user by consistently completing surveys and offers while maintaining a negligible chargeback rate.

The issue arose when I completed the same offer—RockWallet—through two different offer providers. At the time, I was unaware that completing the same offer through separate providers violated EarnLabs' Terms of Service. After noticing that one of the offers had not been credited, I contacted live support to inquire about its status. During that conversation, I was reprimanded for completing a duplicate offer; however, I was explicitly informed that the incident would be treated as a one-time mistake and would be overlooked, as it was the first occurrence on my account.

Relying on that assurance, I waited patiently for the standard seven-day hold period to expire. Instead of receiving the credited funds, I discovered that my account had been suspended and permanently disabled. As a result, the $50 earnings associated with the offer were deemed "forfeited."

I subsequently made several attempts via email to determine what had happened to the withheld funds. Unfortunately, my inquiries went unanswered. To this day, I have received no explanation regarding whether the funds were returned to the advertiser, the offer wall, or retained by EarnLabs. The lack of transparency surrounding the matter has left me with serious concerns regarding the handling of user earnings.

In an effort to resolve the situation amicably, I also reached out through the EarnLabs Discord server. Rather than receiving assistance, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior, including insults and name-calling. In particular, my interactions with staff members identified as "Mike" and "Apollo" were especially disappointing. I have retained screenshots documenting these exchanges and will provide them below for reference.

For those seeking reputable and trustworthy GPT platforms, I would personally recommend alternatives such as Gemsloot or CashInStyle. In my opinion, EarnLabs has not only failed to address legitimate user concerns but has also shifted its focus toward gambling-style features such as box openings and battles, which appear to be increasingly dominated by automated accounts.

I’ve been using Earnlab for a while now and it’s quickly become one of my favorites. The reward withdrawals have all been successful and straightforward — no issues at all getting my earnings out. The process is reliable and the funds arrive as expected, which gives me real confidence in the platform.
Their customer support is fast too. Every time I’ve reached out with a question, I’ve gotten a helpful response quickly, which makes a big difference. On top of that, the game tracking and rewards system works really well. It’s accurate, easy to follow, and motivating to see your progress and earnings add up in real time.
If you’re looking for a solid rewards site with smooth withdrawals, responsive support, and a great tracking system, Earnlab is definitely worth checking out. I’m happy I did!

successfully completed FOUR withdrawals on this platform with no warnings, no flags, nothing. The moment I went to withdraw again, my account was banned and I was locked out entirely. I was never warned, never given an opportunity to correct anything — just banned at the point of withdrawal. Ahmed from support provided no explanation for why four previous cashouts were fine but this one triggered a ban. This looks a lot less like TOS enforcement and a lot more like finding a reason to not pay out. Avoid.

After almost a year and $8000 earned I was banned for “repeating offers” and they stated that the ban will remain in place because I’ve been “warned multiple times” which is a blatant lie I have been told 1 time ever that this was an issue over 8 months ago. To be banned for something that more than half the people on the site do is laughable at best because you should be consistent and go ahead and ban quite literally every high earner on your site if you’re going to be like this. I’ve requested multiple times that the money be taken out of what’s in my account as I do recognize I’ve technically broken the rules (however other sites allow this and in reality these “chargebacks” that got my account banned are just them taking the money from my account and keeping it and not the advertiser charging back) and have since been blocked and ignored from all methods of contacts. For a site that I help in high regard this is shameful behavior towards your high earning customers. I would like to some type of resolution over my $1k account balance and getting my account unbanned as I think it’s EXTREME to say the least that people have been banned and unbanned for far worse than just legitimately repeating purchase offers that don’t chargeback and make you guys money. Please respond with a reasonable solution that allows me to get my account back as I am a legit user and am just trying to earn money with you guys

Schlechte Webseite, Achtung: Man wir wegen Multiaccount gesperrt, ob wohl man nur einen Account hat! Nachdem man das Casino Offer gemacht hat, und Getrackt hatte über 150€ sind nun Futsch + das Geld was ich in den Casinos eingezahlt habe! Es ist einfach SCAM! Ich werde das ganze jetzt mal Rechtlich gegenprüfen lassen, Illegales Glücksspiel wird auf Earnlab auch betrieben ;)

When compared to other similar sites in the category, this one is hands down the top tier,with built in social casino aspect,and in my case higher rates of successful offer tracking,fast and usually instant crypto redemptions. Stocks are always full in my time of using it. Its like how freecash used to be back before the covid fiasco hit. These folks deserve your valuable time greatly more then freecash,so take the advise coming from a OG grinder of these kinds of platforms who's made thousands over the past 8 to 10 years,your missing out on a lot of easy earning potential if you dont check it out.

I am very disappointed with my experience with EranLab. My account was blocked for allegedly having multiple accounts, even though I have only ever used one account. The only possible reason for this misunderstanding is that I used a crypto wallet address belonging to a friend, without knowing that this could be interpreted as a violation of their rules.

There was around €15 in my account when it was blocked. Instead of receiving a clear explanation or an opportunity to verify my identity and resolve the issue, my account was simply suspended.

I believe the decision was unfair and made without a proper investigation. A legitimate user should have the chance to explain the situation before losing access to their account and funds.

I hope EranLab improves its review process, provides better communication, and offers users a fair way to appeal account restrictions. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform based on my experience.

They have blocked me from withdrawals with no explanation.I am not allowed to withdraw any money from my account. There is no way for me to contact them because they have banned my account from live support. I have emailed their support team 12 times over the past few days, and they still have not responded to a single message.They put holds on your money that aren't mentioned anywhere in their terms. It is completely unfair to refuse to let me withdraw my earned money or even give me a reason why my funds are frozen. I just want to get my money off the website and delete my account.I will update this review as soon as they fix the problem and release my funds.

Edit 2: they responded acknowledge the problem was there but still didn't resolve the issue... When in my review I put that I cannot contact support so How exactly am I supposed to work with support when you let them ban people from the live chat and they don't respond to email? Your response was ridiculous.

I can officially say this website is a scam it is now the 20th and still no response. It's literally been 2 weeks since my problem and absolutely no response.

They don't pay for surveys, I completed 3 surveys to the end with a positive effect and I didn't get money for them. Just like for the purchase in the game, I was supposed to get coins and nothing. I do not recommend this site. Only the withdrawals are very fast. But they stopped paying for surveys. Wasted time.

They have done a fraud with me I have created the account on their site first time and when I completed the offer from them they asked for face verification and when I do that they blocked my account and said you have done fraud on the site but I don't understand what fraud I have done they don't give any type of proof of fraud which I have done on there site it's scam my money

I did not receive points for the Stake website deposit offer from Monlix and there was no response.

Well one of the best until a sudden change of course Im aware of different region rewards and Im ok with it but why hold to long? 30 days 15 days or 7 days they hold like that but luckily you can contact support for proof but this is the awfull part when I submit proof suddenly they not want it anymore saying they not accept when I submitted more than 5 times the same.. I will not contact them if they dint hold it and its just below $5 if I am in another country the rewards will be $50 for that and holding it no problem but below $5? they are not fair! and Im fair playing the same and paying the same but very lowered rewards!
