es tut uns leid zu hören, dass du offenbar eine negative Erfahrung gemacht hast. Das entspricht selbstverständlich nicht dem Standard und der Erfahrung, die wir unseren Nutzern bieten möchten.

Wir nehmen solche Rückmeldungen sehr ernst und möchten deinen Fall gerne genauer prüfen. In letzter Zeit haben wir mehrere neue Integrationen mit verschiedenen Partnern eingeführt, die sich teilweise noch in einer Beta- bzw. Testphase befinden. Hey there,

After a detailed review of your account activity, our compliance and fraud prevention systems detected a very large number of duplicated task conversions connected to IP/network activity associated with your account. This was not based on a single login or isolated event.

Our logs show repeated duplicated conversion detections across dozens of separate tasks, which is consistent with VPN/proxy usage, shared/farmed traffic, or other activity that violates our platform rules and advertiser requirements. Because of this, your account was permanently restricted and the balance was voided in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Please understand that we cannot disclose all internal detection methods or security data publicly, as doing so would compromise our anti-fraud systems. However, this decision was made based on extensive backend data and not “by mistake.”

We also want to clarify that advertisers pay us only for legitimate and unique conversions. When duplicate or manipulated traffic is detected, those conversions are rejected by our systems and partners, which means we cannot release the associated rewards.

At this point, the case has been fully reviewed and the decision is final.

We understand that long review times can be frustrating, especially when waiting on higher-value offers. However, after reviewing your case, it appears there may have been some misunderstanding regarding the latest communication from Torox.

The message you received from the provider did not state that the case was denied or ignored, only that the case is still under review with the advertiser and that they will provide an update once more information becomes available.

To clarify the structure here:
- EarnLab acts as the publisher/platform where the offer was completed,
- Torox is the offerwall/provider,
- and the actual advertiser is a separate third party responsible for the final validation and payout approval.

For some larger offers, the advertiser may require extended verification before approving the reward, which unfortunately can increase waiting times. This process is handled externally and is not controlled directly by EarnLab.

We also want to clarify that our support team is handled by real staff members, not bots, and we do our best to assist users and escalate cases whenever possible.

For example, a “Completed” status does not always mean the advertiser has finalized approval, and reversals may occur after additional validation on the advertiser side.
