Our platform strictly prohibits creating or operating more than one account per user, as this compromises fairness and the integrity of our system.

Some Rockwall offers require extended manual validation from the provider before they can be approved or rejected, and unfortunately this timeline is outside of our direct control. We only receive final confirmation once the advertiser completes their review.

Access to live chat was temporarily restricted due to the use of inappropriate language toward our support team, which resulted in a mute in accordance with our platform rules. ci dispiace leggere della tua esperienza e comprendiamo la frustrazione quando le condizioni di un’offerta cambiano dopo aver iniziato a completarla. Tieni presente che tutte le offerte presenti nel muro sono gestite direttamente dagli inserzionisti esterni, che possono modificare requisiti o ricompense in qualsiasi momento. Purtroppo non abbiamo la possibilità di intervenire su queste variazioni una volta stabilite dal provider dell’offerta.

Dai nostri sistemi risulta inoltre che in passato ti è già stato segnalato il rispetto delle policy relative alla ripetizione delle offerte.
