Amazing company who went above and beyond to make my child's dream come true
The team couldn't do enough to make things smooth and easy. Always available to answer my questions and very approachable.
We went to their work shop where they made the experience for my wee lad amazing...they covered the bike with a cloth and made the reveal experience one to remember.
O and the bikes are fab quality too

Smiles for days.
We are on our third and sadly last Earlyrider bike as the boy is almost grown up. We have 3 years left on the new seeker 24X. The bikes from this company have been solid and maintenance free for all the years we’ve been customers.
A fantastic company that has always answered calls. We have had many wonderful rides and my son has become a confident rider who is really stoked on his new 24X Seeker. Solid bikes that stay in great condition.

They have sold a product with a bad…
They have sold a product with a bad component. Now i'm left with a a bike that is not repairable. Would be nice if you make products you equip them with quality components. After a few mails it is clear that the bike is ready to be recycled. Expected more givin the premium price tag. Sram I3 hub is unfixable, so bike is now worthless.

Hi there, our models which carried the SRAM i3 hub were manufactured approximately 15 years ago, you have a very early Early Rider bike model which (apart from the hub) sounds like it is still going strong! Unfortunately SRAM discontinued this hub around 2013 and parts to repair it are long gone, despite our efforts to look after our customers with those models. We are constantly striving to equip our bikes with improved componentry, advanced design specifically for the size, age and ability of our riders, and - importantly - longevity of use. But unfortunately, if a manufacturer withdraws a component and no longer offers compatible parts our hands are tied.
Amazing Quality Bikes, Excellent Service
Quality of the bikes are superb and thought about with little riders in mind. I accidentally selected the wrong colour and emailed support upon realising. They responded quickly and changed the order to the correct colour. Bike arrived quickly with great tracking. Many thanks!

Great costumer service
Great costumer service, I ordered several items whereas one of them wouldn't fit the bike. THis was pointed out by customer service and after a quick correspondence by email they changed the order and sent out a invoice for the new parts. All parts been fitted now, and works like a charm :)

Our Hellion X24 is an awesome machine
Our Hellion X24 is an awesome machine, super light and super fast. The boy is going up hills easier on this than his old 20’ rig. The bike’s speed was matched by the 2 day delivery. Great stuff.

Great service and great bikes that…
Great service and great bikes that develop and instil confidence in young riders. My son has improved so much with the incredibly well thought out hellion.
We recently needed some support to upgrade and the team were responsive and super helpful.

Perfect bikes for kids!
I bought a Seeker 16 for my 5-y-o and he loved it! The delivery was very fast, it arrived earlier than expected. The quality of the bike is excellent, well-designed and perfectly fit for the purpose. Considering all these factors, I think the price was fair. Highly recommended.
