Best customer service. A screw was broke from my son’s bike which is not anymore in the portfolio. However the team helped me out and was looking for it in the warehouse and sent it to me rideaway. Thank you!

Weil es diesen Reifen, den ich benötigte, in der Schweiz nicht an Lager hatte, musste ich in der UK bestellen. Der Transport war viel Teurer als der Reifen. Das ist nicht den Service, den ich erwarte. Der Shop ist zudem unvollständig (z.B. Pneu können nicht bestellt werden).

The geometry of the bike is brilliant- we looked at lots of different brands and the Early Rider measurements were bang on. A bigger wheel makes rough terrain easier to negotiate. A longer frame gives our son a better cycling position and better balance. Good parts, well designed and thought out. The purchase experience is personal also- follow up emails discussing unboxing and building the bike- very professional!

Perfection on two wheels.
I purchased a Bigfoot 12 balance bike for my granddaughters birthday and the purchase and communication was first class as you would expect from any premium product, and that's exactly what this is, it feels and looks absolutely amazing, a proper premium product designed for the size people that are going to use them (and that isn't always the case with some companies).
I don't want to waffle on but you cannot under estimate the user experience to give them the confidence to learn to ride,
If you are thinking about it my advice would be go for it,, well worth the money when it's in your hands.

Pedals are nice colours
Ordered pedals and they were delivered in a few days. Only surprise was that they were smaller than we expected. Still nice product though but we will have to see how long they last. Bikes are great also, have a belter 24 and a seeker 20.

Great bike, very high quality
The bike arrived very quickly and was very well made, with great instructions and tools provided to finish the assembly from shipping.
My kid absolutely loves it and it's improved her riding far beyond my expectations in a very short time; largely due to the ease of use and good components like the brakes and tires.
The bike itself is very robust and made like an actual bike instead of the usual plasticky nonsense kids are usually pushed on to.
Can't recommend highly enough at this stage and will certainly be purchasing another in the future.

These are game changers!
I can't recommend these bikes highly enough, they really are a game changer. We had the Belter 16 for our then 4 year old and it was so light and manageable that he literally hopped on and off he went. Just had delivery of the 20 for him for his next bike which is a step up and has gears etc, amazing bikes and super cool and a very responsive helpful customer service.
