Very pleasant shopping experience from e-rides. I contacted support for some clarification and they were very responsive to reply to their online chat or e-mails. The products arrived within the expected timeframe via DHL and were in good condition. The website looks a bit dated but everything works.

Wow. E-RIDES are amazing!
I purchased my very first EUC from E-rides last week and their service has been nothing short of incredible. After guiding me through the wheels available, I made my choice and my EUC was delivered in two days. Yesterday I took advantage of their offer of a free startup lesson and my teacher Emily was absolutely amazing- I never thought that she would be able to get me - a complete beginner - up and riding around a car park on my own in less than an hour. It felt incredible to be up and riding. She lit the fire for me and I am already completely hooked. E-rides are a tremendous company with an after sales service that in my experience is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Overall is good.
Overall was ok.
I did received the wheel with the clip that holds the handle broken.
Was worried due to customs since I live in EU... I had to pay the VAT + some import duties.
Wheel still serves well

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Bought items from Erides on several occasions, always prompt delivery! Even lucky enough to have had items personally hand delivered on occasions. Recently used there marketplace section to sell my unicycle and happy to report the wheel sold through that section in less than 24hrs. Highly recommended 👌 👍🏻 👏 💯 🙌 😊
