EUC had issues but company had excellent customer service response

The EUC I ordered did not initially function and I raised and submitted a ticket on e-Ride's website. After arranging for free pickup of the wheel they tirelessly worked through the weekend to remedy issue (keeping me constantly updated) which was successful and subsequently arranged a re-delivery; they have since offered and sent me a pair of protective gloves as compensation for the hassle. They truly made me feel like a valued customer with their communication and personalised service, and would highly recommend.

Thanks for your feedback.  We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. 

We would like to assure you that we perform checks as soon as we receive new stocks, which may take some time to arrive from the manufacturer. After the checks, the goods are then stored in our distribution centre, ready to be dispatched. Some wheels may arrive with low battery which may drain after storage, but this is a very rare occurrence for us.

However, we will ensure this is not the case going forward. We are glad that we were able to pinpoint and fix the issue for you promptly. 

Apologies again for the inconvenience this caused. When we initially spoke to you over the phone, we discussed a few solutions, including a full refund. We were subsequently able to identify a fix and rearrange a delivery, which we were under the impression that you were satisfied with, as the Inmotion V5F was your first choice. We can only apologise again for any misunderstanding. 

We have tried to call you earlier, and will try again to discuss how we can make your experience better.

I purchased a Mate X e-bike and am…

I purchased a Mate X e-bike and am thoroughly pleased with the service i received. A great price with a free hoodie and delivered free of charge to me in Port Glasgow next day. Super helpful and friendly service on the phone too. Certainly would buy from these guys again.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are very sorry you had this experience. We take our customer service very seriously.

As per our telephone conversation, the Customs charge became applicable after Brexit. However, we did not charge the 20% UK sales tax since you are located outside of the UK.

Living in the states (NYC- Queens) I…

Living in the states (NYC- Queens) I was worried about shipping from England with delays and customs issues. I figured a few weeks for delivery. I received the package in about a week!! Shorter then ground transportation from California to ny!! The begode bodyguard fits perfectly so this has been a great experience and I will be back shopping again. Thanks for proving my apprehension wrong. And thanks for e-wheels for having a warehouse fire and no inventory☹️ I never would have found you guys!!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have not received the Hillbilly gloves.

We have reviewed your order placed on the 22nd December 2021, and can see that the gloves was sent on the 23rd December 2021. The parcel has since reached Spain and it is currently being processed by Customs in Spain.

We are equally frustrated by the delay at the Customs. Although this is a Customs issue and out of our control, as a goodwill gesture, we have processed a full refund for the gloves.
