Not once have I been let down by E Liquids, every single one of my orders has been fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible and I couldn't be more grateful as someone who vapes a fair bit. Ripped off
What an absolute joke :( never received, I emailed tried to call and even messaged on Whatsapp asking where my order is. 1 emails was replied to and nothing since. Never had such terrible communication with a company I've ordered from before. My vape liquids are budgeted in so it's not like I can even replace the months worth I've ordered. Never again will I order from here what an absolute con.

First time order
Not the best of starts on my first order from my point of view as it was delivered to the wrong address. I suppose that is down to the courier company (DPD)
After I contacted the seller and the courier the delivery was rescheduled for Monday 1st of October and this time the delivery person managed to bring the package to my house.
Yippee 🥳
I have to say that the goods ordered from the seller were in tip top condition and I was very pleased with the quality etc. Despite the dodgy start I think I will give both parties the benefit of the doubt on this occasion and will probably order again, and see how it goes.

My advice - Avoid
I absolutely do not recommend shopping on this site. Only half of my purchases arrived. No one answers the phone. Contact by email ended with Richard asking me to send a photo after opening the package. I wrote that I had not done it, because such a photo does not prove anything. I wrote two more emails, unfortunately I was ignored. There are many sites in this industry. My advice - shop elsewhere if you do not want problems.

Great website
Great website, I'm signed up for their email because they have insane clearance sales and discounts. Staff is incredibly helpful and the few times a vape has arrived dead they've sent a refund to my card promptly.

Never turned up!!! No Response!!!
Ordered a few items. Promised a same day dispatch by the cut off time, yet they did not dispatch, the next day still wasn't dispatched, Tried calling them 40+TIMES!! always 'busy', as well as whatsapp and contact form. Waste of money, I will be taking this further to legal Action as this company is Fraudulent!.

I’ve been trying the new vapes
I’ve been trying the new vapes, I ve had 3 pixl 6000 with the first it ran out so quick the second lasted much better but then the 3rd was the same as the first so I will not order them again. I’ve also tried the Revol again bought 3. They didn’t last very long either.. I’ll keep trying until I find one that lasts longer than a week ! Maybe some advice and reassurance that im not the only one? I’m not a heavy vaper either! Charged them all max 3 times b4 flavour ran out . But I do like this site delivery is quick prices good just need to get the correct vape for myself

Important Advice to all
Being a newish vapor user I had purchased what I assumed was the correct juice.
Sadly I ended up burning my throat and ruining my sons £100 machine.
Having spoken to Paul he enlightened me on the correct juice for the correct machine.
I never knew there was so much to know on the correct way to vape.
Trust me folks take a few minutes and email them for advice on what machines is best suited for you and what the correct juices you should be buying.
Don't make the dumb mistake like me.
