Good company to do business with good customer service delivery was delay due to some misplacement i contacted them on was informed on the issue it was resolved on i was giving voucher . I order wrong coils informed them and got a refund 👌

I have used this site for a while now…
I have used this site for a while now and have always had a great experience and have found the customer service to be helpful. However, having placed my latest order, with next day delivery, the order has not been received by the courier in time for next day delivery to occur and having raised a complaint I was assured they would give me an update asap but I have received no communication in over 5 hours now despite the fact that they have opened a message I sent on Facebook messenger.

Customer service is shocking, 2 orders and both have had issues. Customer service don’t even respond to emails anymore after telling me I would get a replacement order.
Would never recommend anyone to use this company!

Not good!!
Some of my order was missing.
Contact them via WhatsApp.sent them pics. Had someone apologise and said they would send the missing items. Never received them. Have had nothing. Have emailed. Tried calling. Have tried WhatsApp again, Nothing. So disappointing. Won't use again and certainly would not recommend.
Such a simple thing to fix but no, not interested.

Great customer service from Richard
After receiving two faulty disposable vapes and leaving a negative comment here e-liquids contacted me and asked what the issue was , I explained the charging ports were damaged and Richard at customer services couldn’t apologise enough and promptly issued me with a refund. It is rare in these times to find a business that cares about the customer. So thanks RIchard and eliquids . I will order again

Uncontactable when order not received
I have used this company for a year or so and previously been very satisfied with the service but I have encountered problems with the last 2 orders.
One took far longer than the advertised delivery time and the last one has not materialised at all. I have tried contacting by email and WhatsApp with no response and the phone line is constantly engaged.
DPD have admitted it was delivered to the wrong address but I cannot contact this company to arrange a refund or replacement of my £40 order. The lack of contactability is extremely frustrating and I have had to order from elsewhere. Edit
Your reply indicates that you did not read the part where I explained that DPD delivered it to the wrong address and admitted they had done so. I also explained this in my email which went unanswered. Your records will of course show it was delivered, but not to me!! My complaint is that it was only possible to get any response by leaving a review here as others have clearly resorted to.

Becouse of next day delivery , today is thursday no email no update , phones always engaged , whats no reply email no reply , all recent reviews says the same thing , i guess ill have to go through cc to get my money back . Save your time and money and shop somewhere else

Good selection, bad product checking.
The shop has a great selection of all things vape... However, I ordered a Vaporesso Armour S in Cyber Blue and the wrong colour arrived.
Customer service were really good and were quick to respond. When they saw it's was incorrect they offered either to refund or replace the vape. I chose to replace the vape as I really wanted the Cyber Blue. I received the replacement today and it is the Cyber blue colour... But it's the wrong model! I received a bigger, heavier model, the Armour Max.
I have decided to just leave it there as I can't be bothered going back and forth. To customers, please make sure you know exactly what your buying. To E-Liquids, you must do better in checking your shipping the correct product!
Not that happy, no longer a customer of E-Liquids.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED
I have been a regular customer for for nearly two years. Placing 1 or 2 orders every month. I was expecting a delivery today but for some reason unknown to me and their customer services, a DPD ticket was raised but my parcel never handed over to the courier. So I didn't get my delivery today even though they promised me next day delivery. Furthermore when I enquired with them some guy called Richard emailed me back saying they will investigate which fine but what about my products. I emailed them at 13.25 and didn't get a response until 16.00. Also they have a number for customer service 0121 272 2900 of which the line is always busy. I must have called it atleast 20times today. I would expect these lot to send me out my order today with an apology expecting it to arrive tomorrow but guess these lot can use their initiative. Extremely disappointed!!!! I have to go to my local shop and spend a further £20.00 today. Clearly they've got issues internally they need to sort out without the expense of effecting their customers!

Very disappointed
I used to use this company a lot. When they first started their loyalty scheme was amazing with lots of ways to earn lots of points. However this then changed and they massively reduced how many points you could earn. As a result I moved to another company.
Last week I decided to use the £19 worth of loyalty points that I had accumulated only to find that there wasn't an option to use them on checkout. I tried to contact the company through their WhatsApp but no response, emailed them, no reply. Continuously rang them with either engaged no or reply. Eventually 12 hours later they responded to my WhatsApp. I explained the issue and they said they'd passed it to their technical team. By the next morning I'd heard nothing. Took me another 4 days of ringing and WhatsApps before I finally got a reply. Used my points but doubt I'll use them again

Fantastic seller…
This is my first go to place for all my vaping products,it has been for a year now.
The price of the products are extremely reasonable and always have the newest products available that you do not see 9n the high street.
Next day delivery service is very handy and convenient.
Any issues with the orders has always been quickly resolved.
Would highly recommend them thankyou very much.

Ordered 2 days ago and still haven’t…
Ordered 2 days ago and still haven’t had my ‘next day delivery’ order.
DPD haven’t received the parcel yet so it hasn’t actually been shipped.
Gutted as I order monthly from here.
No communication to say it’s delayed at all.
I have now sent 6 emails and tried to call them a number of times. Not getting anywhere.
They were very happy to take my money but now i am left not knowing if I will ever get the order!!
Won’t be using again that’s for sure.
Stay clear.
My order number is 307150. Someone needs to respond to me today or I will be contacting my bank to get the money back

Placed an order and paid for next day delivery (09/06/24) should have been here by now (12/06/24) but DPD has not received my parcel but has my shipping info. Tried to get in contact via WhatsApp and email and tried to phone as well but the line is always busy. Can't seem to get anywhere with anybody from customer service as of yet. Which is a shame as was really looking forward to trying this place.

After speaking so somebody we figured out what had happened and I have now received my parcel! Thank you guys!
