Takes two contacts per Mail, than succesful
After two more contacts about the installation routine everything was OK. Office 2019 H&B runs great. After an update, the language was changed to "GERMAN" and everyone is happy. Can work great with my new MS Office. Everything is wonderful. The service works via email without any problems. Special thanks to Kelly Williams / Customer Service Administrator

Habe mich nach einem Installationsproblen mit einem Office-Paket über den E-mail- Support an die Firma gewandt. Schon nach einer Stunde wurde mir geholfen, sodass ich die Installation vornehmen konnte.
So stelle ich mir einen optimalen Kundenservice vor. Erstklassig!!

Obwohl am Ende der Installation eine Office-Fehlermeldung proppte, dass das alte Office nicht deinstalliert war.
Office und Office 365 wurden aber vor der neuen Installation bereits deinstalliert!

Two courses
Two courses, great value for money, some better then others but it does what it says on the tin and some are brilliant. Support during the courses was also good. I don't have major negative comments to use to learn or update knowledge within familiar field of education.

Looking back through our emails I can only find the latest ones on 11th March 2022 explaining you had managed to redeem your voucher and then a request for a TOTUM code - which was sent out immediately.
It may be that we haven't received any other emails that you have sent since then.

I have just finished the first course purchased online through this platform, 'ECDL BCS with exams'
Great experience overall.
The contact person, Luke R. was very helpful, always being very responsive.
The course was easy to follow and understand, but for good results, I would recommend putting into practice the knowledge.

Ben is a great asset to e-courses4you!
I approached Ben for assistance when I needed an extension to my Course. He is always prompt in responding and is one of the rare stars who still cares about individuals rather than looking at the ££ / Year End Bonuses like other Course Providers can appear to be. The process to extend my access was easy and I'm looking forward to completing my course and owning that Certificate!

My son bought me the Home Student & Office product through Wowcher and I had a lot of difficulty installing the product and not being good with technical things to begin with the lovely folk at Zak Learning were so helpful. I was needing a lot of help and they were there.
