Christmas purchases
I bought two of the personalised desk lamps for my grandsons and I am really pleased with my purchase. The lamps arrived earlier than I expected and were packed securely. Very happy!

Professional craftsmanship and excellent customer service

Not impressed
Received my personalised lamp which was nothing like the picture. I emailed and told them and they made an excuse why it wasn’t like the picture. I had the same number of name letters as the one advertised so the name on my gift shouldn’t have been a quarter of the size.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback.
I can see from our correspondence that you had initially requested for the leaf design to be removed from the design. This isn't something we would usually do, but as a courtesy our Head Designer had agreed to make this change for you. As a main feature of the design has been taken away upon your request, this will result in the engraving looking different to what is advertised.
In regards to the personalisation, each customers personalisation will vary slightly from the listing photos, due to differing characters and the flair of the font. Such as the 'S' advertised is more stylised than other letters may be, and individual characters do differ throughout the font. This is due to the nature of cursive fonts.
We do hope the lamp will be loved by the recipient.

Great company to work with and excellent products
The customer service is wonderful! The custom inscription that I requested turned out perfectly and I was kept posted about my request. My questions were answered quickly and the item came very fast....much faster than expected. Dust and things is a great company to work with and the finished product was exactly how I wanted it to be!! Thank you, Dust and things staff!!

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service - they were so understanding and accommodating of my bespoke request for the personal engraving of the cheeseboard for a wedding gift and they ensured I received it on time. They did all they could to make sure I was happy with my order. Every time I buy anything from them, the products are super quality and they always give great service.

Classy Keepsake box
The keepsake box was beautiful and so classy. As a wedding gift for a friend they were very happy with this.
As someone who left it late to buy the present, I can only say the order was completed super quick and the delivery time was excellent. Another great item for a completely satisfied customer.

Great gifts and service
The products look great on the website and that follows through to reality. I emailed to ask questions, the response was quick, informative, and really welcoming. My order arrived on time and well packaged. I also liked the personal touches that made me feel like a valued customer. There was a technical glitch with my order and when I contacted Dust & Things, their service was exemplary again. I was offered 2 options to resolve the issue with no fuss. I am thrilled with my order, would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend their service and products.

The delivery time was very good
The delivery time was very good, but the engraving was not as dark as the the boxes I purchased previously. The secret message on the inside of the box lid is upside down when you open the box. Sadly I am disappointed with the quality especially as the price had doubled since I purchased the other boxes 3 years ago.
