Dear Ian,
We’re sorry to hear that the item you received does not match your expected sizing. We want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Could you please send images of the item laid flat with a tape measure across the chest to our customer service team on the below.
E-mail: contact@heritageofscotland.com
This will allow us to verify the sizing issue and provide you with a prepaid return label and a replacement. Without these images you can still receive a refund but will need to cover the return postage.
We appreciate your time and look forward to assisting you.
