Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I came here after having a bad time with a major nationwide pharmacy chain (where I was made to feel really stupid for not getting my contacts out on the first two tries of my entire life). The service at 2020 has been such a breath of fresh air - incredibly patient, willing to let me trial all the contact lenses until I could find a comfortable pair for me, and very understanding when I needed to rebook on short notice.

I've been a satisfied customer for some time now and always been impressed with the quality of eye care. Recently had to have a hearing test ( been putting it off but knew that there was a problem). Highly impressed with the quality of service, friendly and very informative. Everything clearly explained and put at ease with having to now have assistance with my hearing. Excellent quality of Eye Care and Audiologist.

Very friendly and efficient service with staff making me feel at home and in control, they were also available for adjustment to my glasses as a drop in service.

As Duncan & Todd have done for over 25 years they provide honest and professional service and advice hide no charges for both my glasses and gas permeable contact lenses, not forgetting admin, teamwork.
