The company was quick and easy. Only thing I thought the scorpion would be more dark looks a bit like its printed on almost too light of a shade. Love the wallet super sleek and worth it.

After receiving your photos, we confirmed that the shoes themselves were not faulty- the slight bend on the penny bridge was caused by pressure during transit and would naturally settle once worn. We also offered further support and followed up with you directly.
Following this, you let us know that you had worn the shoes for an important event and applied leather adhesive, which unfortunately meant we were no longer able to offer an exchange. Prior to this, we were more than happy to arrange a replacement pair for you.
We always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly, and we’re sorry this situation didn’t meet expectations. If there’s anything further we can assist with, please feel free to reach out.

I ordered a jumper as a gift for someone. The jumper looks just as advertised and the quality feels very expensive.
Even after Evri lost the parcel, their customer service team were polite and responsive in helping me solve the issue.
