Not sure why others are giving it a bad review when I've had nothing but good things from duckdice. Thankyou and keep up the good work

Used to be good. But lately it seems like it's going downhill. Main issue I have is with the bonus when reaching level 40, they advertise 5usd real money or 50usd+ bonus money to wager, but i only recieved 25usd bonus for wager, everbody else got 50usd+ when chosing the wager bonus. Wrote to support with screens and everything, and I got no reply at all with an explanation as to why I only recieved half. There are many other issues too, to long to get into it here. Been loyal for a long time, seems that gonna change soon. Giving 5 stars for the people on site, comunity, mods, live chat support. But admins, devs, and email support deserve a 0 as of late.

Hello , very bad experience with this bookie' i played around 2-3 weeks to them , not win much not lost much middle balance , one day before i lost around 3-400 $ in some soccer games (not win) , i deposited more and i bet on a game around 200$ and this bet has been a winning bet, on HT a bet on over goals....they waited to finish the HALF TIME , and instead to give me the winnings , they canceled the bet!! Ok i have no issue if they put wrongs odds or something like that , but please cancel before to see if bet its win or lost....so i can place in other bookmaker ! they say it's not their fault it's the 3rd party provider ...It's not fair for us , for them its a win win situation ,if you lost it's lost , if win its canceled...how we can win ?! I specify the game it's from first league, not...3-4 league , and they didn't close the odds or error or something like that , and also they had around 30-40 minutes to cancel, because i place the bet in the first minutes, everything whose going normal ....and barely i catch the bet with some luck . They are just ridiculous!!

Had an account for maybe a month. Then finally built faucet up to the "withdrawable" amount, and my account gets blocked. Then apparently because I don't deposit enough I violated the terms.

I won 487$ in faucet when I cashed out it went under review 3 days later admin blocked my id I was on this site for two years was a deposit player but when I got a big win admin id Do not make big deposit here as it is a blocking scam

Their support team is very responsive, informative, and trustworthy. I have had a couple of issue where I've need to get support involved (the majority of which was a result of something I did, not issues with the site) and every single time my issue was resolved within 24 hours. The 24 hours timeframe is only my experience, and can be blamed solely on my time zone. When I'm active during supports' hours, the responses and resolutions are next to immediate. I have been and hopefully will always continue to be very impressed with the level of reliable service that I've come to expect from DuckDice.

In the past I've received multiple emails from them I couldn't unsubscribe from . Their unsubscribe button didn't work. So I emailed them to unsubscribe me and left a review. They proceeded to ask for my email on trust pilot through the platform which I provided. Few minutes after I did someone accessed my duck dice account from an unknown US. IP address (obviously someone from duck dice). They claimed that it wasn't them (then who was it? Lol). Anyway they managed to remove my review although it was legit. I connected to my account on their site and selected the self-ban option they have just to delete my account and stop receiving their emails. They never accepted the fact that their script has issues and didn't unsubscribe me. Fast forward few days ago I again received a promotional email. So not only they are spamming users and don't allow them to unsubscribe they will also send emails to users who self banned themselves.

Fyi: self ban is a feature for accounts to ban themselves if they believe that they have an addiction to gambling. Yeah, they send emails to people who banned themselves... Absolute garbage IT team who can't handle a simple email list.

edit: i did give you my email, i replied to your email, i sent an email to your support email and gave it through trustpilot.

If it wasnt you who logged in then it was someone from trustpilot, who guessed my password? I dont understand why someone logged in right after i gave my email to you. I still have the email of someone logging in from your system.

Please explain why self-banning an account is not sufficient to remove from an email list? That feature is intended for people who are addicted and recognize the problem and decide to ban their account. You wouldnt want to send promo emails to someone with a problem now would you? Come on it is very simple: I clicked on the unsubscribe button multiple times and it did NOT remove me from the list, i let you know and you still did not fix the issue. Just fix your email lists.

Hello, on March 20th Duckdice reactivated my account and I have already withdrawn the 200 USDT that I deposited. However, there are still some issues that I need to address regarding my bonus. My account has a total of 800 USDT and I don't think it's fair that I can only withdraw the funds that I deposited. You should allow me to withdraw all of my winnings. Since I bet on NBA games using the odds and handicaps provided by your official website, I had no opportunity to cheat and was simply lucky enough to profit from them. Therefore, I believe you should review my bonus again. Thank you.
