I started using this platform for sports betting (user email: libreolimpic@*****), depositing USDT. I had a good winning streak early on, and as usual with these offshore sites when you start winning, their first reaction was to limit my bets so I couldn't play properly.

When I requested my first withdrawal of my winnings (around 850€), they suddenly canceled it under the excuse that I needed to pass the KYC verification. No problem: I sent my documents, they were reviewed, and my account was fully approved and verified.

Once the KYC was cleared and they no longer had that excuse, I requested the withdrawal again. That was the exact moment they blocked my account, citing a "violation of Terms and Conditions". They emailed me saying they would return only my initial deposit. Lie: they haven't returned my deposit either. They kept everything.

I have sent 5 emails asking exactly which specific clause I violated or asking for my bet logs so I could defend myself. They have completely ignored my last two emails.

Note to future customers reading this:
Look closely at the generic copy-paste reply DuckDice is going to leave below. I guarantee you they will NOT state here what rule I actually broke, because there isn't one. Their playbook is fully exposed in my case:

They limit your bets when you win.
They ask for KYC to stall the withdrawal.
Once you are verified, they block you for a vague "TOS violation" with zero proof.
They keep both your winnings AND your initial deposit.
Judge for yourselves if you want to trust your crypto with a site operating like this.

I would like to clarify several points that are easily demonstrable:
- I never used any bonuses.
- I never engaged in arbitrage.
- All bets were placed manually.

Don't play here. Bonus ratios are trash. Everything is taken into account and calculated. If you spin a no depo bonus on the "free daily wheel spin" and you complete it. They will count it towards your bonus ratio. Despite it being a free wheel spin. Along with other things. They will shit you out of your weekly and monthly bonuses. Calculating your bonus at less than what the percentage they claim. Just another scam shit site. Don't bother

New system broke referral system

Since they introduces the level system all .com referral links are broken and after a few weeks still no update about this issue. Also the referral report download is broken since. Looks like they don't want to have new users. Guess all new users brought by a broken link are just registered as non-referral so they don't have to pay commission.

With the new level system they removed the faucets. For this users got a start drop which was only focussed on the last 90 days. So users of the same level got different rewards which sounds very odd to me.

Now we got the daily spins for an extra for VIP users but 80% of the times you just got a deposit bonus which you have to wager 40x instead of the regular 30x. You get 50% more but this doesn't justify the 10x more wagering requierment.

I am playing since the start but looks like Duckdice took a wrong turn here. They don't care about the users anymore. Support is becoming a joke.

The replaced VIP system would be better for regular players but they only reward you with deposit bonuses the most of the time.

this website is scammy, they offered a deposit bonus if i deposited 10 dollars, i went ahead and deposited and the offer button didnt update to let me collect the bonus. i asked staff in chat and they just kept telling me i had to claim the bonus even though there was no option to due to some glitch on their end. it just kept telling me to deposit more as if i hadnt deposited the 10 dollars for the 10 dollar bonus like they advertised. when i tried to get staff in chat to sort it out, they just kept sidestepping everything i was saying and repeating the non-response that i somehow made an error and didnt claim the bonus properly, even though the section where you're supposed to claim it from didn't update to recognize me deposit or let me claim the bonus. when i kept telling them that there was no option to claim it, they just kept being patronizing and acting as if it was my error, and then they muted me. Edit: In your TOS there is nothing written that you cant withdraw money from faucet until you lose a huge amount, Instead its written that Faucet is real money and can be tipped rained over user in chat or can be withdrawn any time.
And when users make that tinny 0.05 usd to a minimum withdraw amount you cancel it and ask them to deposit more money, wager more money, lose more money and then try again with 0.05 usd faucet to withdraw from faucet.

Do not use the DuckDice sportsbook if you actually plan on winning. I recently played here, accumulated legitimate winnings, and when it was time to withdraw, they permanently closed my account and confiscated my profits.

Update: DuckDice replied below, publicly admitting they confiscate balances based entirely on a third-party 'sports provider' and explicitly stating they refuse to reveal their evidence. Translation: They take your money based on a hidden AI algorithm and refuse to prove you did anything wrong. I am emailing support as they requested to seek an 'amicable resolution,' but a fair resolution requires either transparent proof or the return of my legitimate winnings.

This website fails to mention that the bonus means your money will be locked to one dice game where you are chasing a wager requirement while draining your funds.
