Cheating Players by promoting Fake loseback promotions- Not clear with ToS of the Loseback, I wager almost 2.5k$ and Lost around 500$, I asked for loseback as They promoted and said they are paying a percentage of lose to the player every week and every month, on weekly loseback I tried to get my loseback and I was asked to wager more before tou get the loseback, on monthly I was asked to wager more to get the loseback.

They are cheating players and not honest with the promotions displayed

I was a member on duckdice for years. Zayy760 "was" my account. I was a leader on the monthly wager board, set to win a decent amount of money. I had over $360 in VIP lossbacks owed to me (even more with their undisclosed rakebacks).

One day a brand new duckdice account with an identical name to my account (Zayy760) shows up in chat... 2 days later my account (Zayy760) was permanently banned and I wasn't told why. I privately asked a moderator and he told me that apparently somebody claimed my account (of over 3 years) was owned by them and since "duckdice" couldn't determine ownership of MY account, I got permanently banned and lost all my bonuses. If you play here, they will ruin you. Go to stake.com or anywhere is better... litepick, luckybird even. Duckdice is run by scammers (in my opinion).

But, thanks to my ban, I've lost $20k since then to stake and duck missed out on any of it... I hope they enjoyed stealing my comparatively small bonuses.

Don't believe me? Join duckdice, deposit a lot and get big bonuses: you'll get banned quickly (I have friends who were also big wagerers who have been banned right before the bonuses come out).

Duckdice.io own another casino where my bet is stucked for more than 5 days now, I placed a bet and its says the contact the support, when I contact the support, support told me to wait for 24 hours but that time it was already 28hrs that I waited for, next tihing they asked for the bet ID after 1 day of the email reply, so How can I give the bet ID if the bet is still stuck and have no result, no win no lose,

I withdraw my remained balance and will advise all of you not to gamble with them

Updates: Yes I have already emailed those Screnshots and recived email from your team that this will take 24hrs or more but since its been more than 2 weeks, my bet result was comeout after a week and it was red.

Depost bonus is a trap, watchout they might trap you with the email they are sending to everyone as a promotions, I am not a pro gambler, however I gamble sometimes and I have tried couple of times the deposite bonus promotion, This is work like if you deposite 5 you get 10 usd, now you have to wager them 35x to unlock the total 10usd, but the concern here is the House edge on this bonus is like 3 to 4% per bet which decrease the wining chances also, Like the maximum wining chances will be 97% or maybe 96, where on the normal gamplay you have 98% wining chances,
So they make profite on reducing your wining chances, taking extra house edge and make you wager more.

This is a trap and trick to take you in. I will not recomend their deposit bonus to any serious player.

Updates, Nop the terms are not clear, on the claim button there is no explanation of how its works, only a button that let you claim the bonus and later you can read the terms not before.

I made a deposiite to claim a 100% deposit bonus as they anounced promotion last week,
My deposite arrived I claimed the deposite bonus and my total balance was 80, where 40$ was mine and 40$ from duck, I start playing at deposit bonus section and wagered around 58% of the required wagering amount 35x but suddenly the wager go from 35x to 40x and I hade to wager 40x to clear my bonus which I didnt made and lost on 83% clearing.

They never explained on the Deposit bonus page that you have to wager it 40x, they have not mentioned that playing with deposit bonus is not helping you get a high level.

They should consider it, as also share our funds not only their funds

I am Higher level player, Today on 30/07/2025 at morning time as daily wise I open my browser and refresh the duck page, it was not loading properly, after few tries a pop appear with "Acces denied, please contact support team for more info"

I have frequently send tickets to the support but no help, and the live support button is blocked I cant click that button as I might be forbiden by duckdice for that.
