Its been a month since I have raised a ticket for the bets issue and is not solved yet, The bet was showing lost while it was a wining number, the side I played on was high then >5499 I rolled a number >7687 and the bet amount was 200$ I spot it and report it to the admins throughout the email but they ignored and told me you may have changed the wining chances to lower and the bet is correct, They completely ignored my issue and still I am waiting to recive my refunds

To my honest experience Duckdice is only site where they treat you like an animal when you have a problem with withdraw or a casheout, in my recent experience I asked a mod Kirito89 to speed up my withdrawal procces as the withdraw was pending for administration approval from 8hrs and I was asked to wait till admins get online or you can cancle the withdraw and start playing it, by that they mean if I cancle my withdraw and Start playing with I will lose it, which is obviously a trick.

2nd thing is when you see on duck landing page that you will get loseback of your total every month, its a lie, I lost around 3 grands last month and I got like 48sat on loseback after a month.

I would like to express my personal Experiences with them,
Yesterday I post on the chat which meant to be 'Indian user should be in indian rooms (Hindi chat room) and for that I got muted by Moderator Sukh for 1 day and when I request them to unmute me and it was not a raciest comment they muted me for ever. Moderator is taking personal revenge in the platform, they treat you like no one with very disrespectful way.
After several incidents I decided to move on and Delete my account at their site, I requested them to delete my account permanently and yet I haven't received any response on my email.

I contact the support team and waited around 3 hrs to get response, after finally response by a mod know nothing regarding my issue asked me to wait again for few hours, my withdraw is still under process.
