Avoid this company at all costs. Booked this parking thinking it was official Dublin airport parking as it’s the first company that pops up in Google but it is located about 20 minutes away from the airport. The treatment by staff and the taxi service was absolutely horrendous. My mother and I were left for over an hour from 2am - 3am waiting at the bus stop to be collected after our flight. We rang the company three times asking to be collected and were told each time that he was on the way and would be 8-10 minutes. We then found out the third time we rang that the man we were talking to was not the driver and could not tell us exactly when the driver would be there. When we persisted he got agressive and was shouting through the phone at us. The van eventually got there at 3:20am after over an hour waiting in the cold and rain at night. It was just the two of us in the van travelling on unlit backroads in the middle of the night. Honestly it was such an upsetting and scary experience as two female travellers and I would strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

- The car park is not a car park, it’s a muddy field filled with potholes and stones.
- There are no lights there, it’s very dark. It was a struggle to find my car in the dark.
- Feels very unsafe, definitely avoid if you’re a solo / female traveller.
- It’s advertised that a coach will take you to and from the airport. In reality it is a dodgy looking van.
- Overall very misleading. The photos and service advertised are nothing like on the website.

I will say that the drivers themselves were nice but the rest of the staff and workers were bossy and aggressive.

Booked through this company in error (thought it was DAA parking) tried to cancel as soon as I realised but was told there was a €15 fee to cancel - that’s 40% of the booking. It’s a U.K. company so under U.K. law you are entitled to a breakdown of the fee as only allowed charge one for reasonable out of pocket expenses. As soon as I requested a breakdown of the fee they stopped answering my mails. I haven’t yet received a breakdown or refund - I understand it was my error but a 40% cancellation fee is exorbitant and the lack of customer service is appalling - STAY AWAY, USE DAA parking site instead, it’s cheaper, direct parking (not valet) and Irish owned. This to me feels like I was robbed - Also it says 5star reviews on the website this is a lie! A lot of 1 star reviews here

I had booked this for a week holiday in Feb, but cancelled due to the bad reviews I had read here as I didn't want to risk my car being damaged, or be late for my flight. The regular blue airport carpark costed maybe €10 more than here, but I'd rather pay that than have the experience I was reading by some customers here!
They kept €15 for a SERVICE CHARGE after charging for an admin fee when I had originally paid.
I had rang to explain and the person was just unprofessional. Reporting them to the CCPC as there are numerous reviews here to support my claim.

They lied to me about how far they are from the airport. I complained and cancelled the booking (not until May 2024). They refused to refund and told me I would have to pay a fee of 15 euro, citing their terms and conditions. I think if they lie to you the terms and conditions don't matter. I also think this is illegal. I have complained to the competition and consumer protection commission. They have forwarded my complaint to their enforcement section. Don't touch them!! Any company that will lie to get your money is to be avoided.

I have recently used their services and I found them to be excellent.

I would recommend them without reservation.

Left my car with them last week, was very impressed with the service. Was easy and convenient whilst saving me money! Would recommend and will be using again
