No refund issued after cancelling my booking. Every follow up email I send about my refund is either ignored or I'm told the refund will be with me soon. 1 month later, still waiting... Happy to delete this review if I ever receive my refund. Until then, chargeback has been submitted and I have reported the website

This is the weirdest car parking company I have ever dealt with, as others said lack of signage for entrance or procedure for parking is the first obstacle, then followed a battered minivan thru the roughest carpark surface through a farmyard, we then parked up got in minivan no explanation what was happening next, dumped at grotty reception area with bags and told to wait for shuttle to airport. The driver was a maniac I doubt he even had a licence to drive he almost rear ended a car totally lacking attention, we all got thrown forward no apology don’t think he even spoke English. In return it was cold left waiting for half hour at zone 16 by time driver turned up and finished his vape break, just the odd grunt about put bags in back, then same routine dumped at grotty reception again so my husband went in the minivan to get car which he told rude driver twice was in zone D like the other passengers car he ignored them and did a tour of car park finally landing them beside their cars which were absolutely filthy, sham of a company agree with everyone else’s reviews AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs

Terrible and Strange Company.. Arrived at the car park and parked up in the first space we seen.. Walked to the reception and then was told no you have to drive to reception and be told where to park..(No Signage to advise on this or no details on email). Then when we were told where to park I was asked to leave my keys at the reception.. I wasn't willing to do this and then was told I had to follow a man in a van to park my car somewhere else. (This would be the 3rd parking space) Parked up and got a lift back to reception in the van that had different number plates on the front and back. On return from our holiday we had to ring several times before someone answered to bring us back to the car park. Emails say company is called park and ride, but signs and van is labelled park and fly. Would not recommend. Terrible service.

We returned to a broken head lamp. We addressed it with the staff at the time and then took pictures and sent them to the email address provided. They said they would look into it and haven't responded since. This was in June. So disappointed. Will not use again and never recommend

Horrific experience. Got there to park my car, I pulled up in the main carpark to walk to reception to check the car in. As I got out of my car some deranged, illiterate woman started shouting, WHY YOU PARK THERE!. I explained id never been here before and what am I meant to do. She told me to get back in my car and drive to reception. I've never been greeted as rudely. So I drove to reception. I queed at a hut and said woman walked by me. She then walked out by the fence and shouted at me again, COME, COME and started clapping her hands. I said who are you talking to like that and all of a sudden, the guy in the hut came running out. He said to me, what's your problem (I'm not the problem mate 🤣) so I explained i don't like to spoken to in that manner. He said, whats wrong with clapping, we're busy and do I want a refund. I couldn't get over how rude these people were. My 15 year old son went back to the van and unknowns to me, as I was speaking to the hut guy, she was shouting at my son to get in the van and follow her. A 15 year old child. Honestly, how this "company" has not been investigated is beyond me. As someone else said, I belive this is front for something else. The car park is like a scrapyard, the shuttle buses are not road worthy. Very few staff speak English.

Please, please don't park here. It was an extra tenner to park in Blue car park. It would have been the best tenner I ever spent

I thought I'd booked the Blue long stay but it was this place, also advertised as blue parking!! When we found it, we were taken in a rickety bus to the airport. When we came back from our trip, I called to say we arrived and a man with poor English said the driver would collect us in 10 minutes. We waited 30 minutes and I called again. The guy who answered said I'd not called him before as he'd just started his shift, rude and abrupt. He sent a bus, we wanted another 15 minutes....Arrived at the park into chaos, our car was quite a way from the main gates so they give you another shuttle.....We waited 20 mins and still they didn't bring us so eventually my husband walked to get the car. I complained to the man working and again he was rude, abrupt and told me I was one of 7 billion people in the planet!!!! I'm pretty sure not all of them are parking their car at his place, but whatever he thinks!!! I'll pay extra next time to ensure I don't end up waiting over 1.5 hours ....Disorganised, unprofessional and rude!!!

Do not use this service. I tried to change my booking, they refuse to communicate. The phone number does not work. The online chat help does not work. Noone answered me. This is a scam. Do not use!!!!

Awful experience, my car was damaged and the guy start to arguing with me that was already scratched. He was so rude. Never again.

Do not use this car park!! It is a disgrace the grounds are not looked after we arrived at 3.00am and it was like something from a horror movie I was shouted at to get out of the car and into the mini bus ( that was over carrying) my husband was then told to park my car in a car park far away with absolutely no lights. Upon return the 'staff' and I use that word lightly because I'm convinced this business is a front for something else were rude and rushing us to leave. I found scratches on my car. The cars were packed in like sardines.

Avoided at all costs the price can be attractive but trust me you'd rather pay an extra few euro to know your car will be safe.

This is such a handy service. The lads are super friendly and welcoming.
Would definitely recommend this service.

Brilliant service! We travelled from Clare and it was half the price of the airport parking and so much easier to use. We will definitely be using again, when I rang them to say we had arrived at the airport to be picked up they were already on the way, such an easy process and lovely people

Please be aware!!!! They damaged our car!!!
Stay miles away if you dont want unnecessary hassle!
This is an awful company, run by the amateurs that cant speak the English language.
First we arrived at the airport and the guy was half an hour late. Thanks, goodness we were quite early.
On the pick-up, I noticed the massive scrape on the front rim of our brand new audi Q7.
When I challenged the driver about it, he could barely speak English.
The stench of BO and cigarete smoke in the car was unbearable We had to drive with the windows open.
At the moment we are in middle of legal precedings as they refuse to take ownership of the damage.

Absalute garbage

No shuttle to the airport on arrival (told it would be 90 minutes until the next one), free for all to get on the shuttle at the airport, 16 people squeezed on a 10 seater wreck of a shuttle. Poorly staffed by people who who don't know or care what is going on. A third world experience at first world prices.

Wonder where their '5 star' rating came from.

Just stay away and save yourself a headache.
I cancelled a booking via their website and called to ask why I had no confirmation email and was aggressively told by their employee that I hadn’t sent an email and before and further communication could take place they hung up the phone.
I drove to the facility and was shocked that there was no security not even a barrier to stop people just walking in, I drove in and wasn’t stopped!!
It’s also isn’t very close to the airport
This review could easily have been avoided but when your customer service is shocking then people need to know

Booked this parking as it was the first thing came up on the "Dublin Airport parking" search and I was quite sure that it really was THE Dublin Airport parking...
And only afterwards I realised that not really..
Read the reviews and omg, the reviews were very alarming..
I couldn't depend on this, as reviews were reflecting the pickup service being quite unreliable, on top of the parking lot itself being just a muddy pothole field...
I wasn't ready to take that chance before the flight, especially when I would be travelling with my elderly mother and very early in the morning...
Hence that I decided to cancel my booking next morning and to request a refund.
The phone number advertised wasn't responsive, so I called the pickup number.
The guy answered was very friendly and helpful, and I sent the cancellation email following the link he'd provided..
The outcome revealed more hidden "gems" to this place - they required 2 weeks to refund, and there's UNREFUNDABLE €15 ADMIN FEE on every booking!
So my advise is to stay clear of this parking unless you're absolutely desperate..
Said that, if this place would be a parking lot in better condition ( not just a muddy field in the middle of nowhere) and more positive reviews in regards to timely reliable pickup, I would definitely stay and park with them.
I lost €15 with this bad experience, but the peace of mind while travelling is priceless.

Awful. Avoid. Complete scam. Was left waiting from 5am to 6am in a cold bus bay and repeatedly lied to that the bus was a minute away. Terrible service. Appalling customer service. Please avoid. Expect to be stranded 20mins from your car for over an hour. Expect to be poorly treated and lied to.
