Low quality, multiple mistakes
They have been translating simple documents for the third week. Made multiple mistakes. I had to involve a third translator and pay for his services additionally to deal with the mistakes. There are more than 15 errors in total. They refuse to return money for low-quality work. As a result, I translated everything myself and they also charged me a couple of hundred for it.

The review is grossly exaggerated. The client was extremely impatient and at times offensive in her approach to having changes done to the translations. When asked to indicate the many errors that she claimed to have found, she chose not to do that and took some time to respond. The translation had an insignificant formatting issue and a few typos. Overall, the translation is a professional rendering done by an experienced translator. Other few changes that the client requested were largely different choices of words and terms. Changes and corrections are an integral part of any translation process. This is simply inevitable with any translator regardless of experience. This is clearly stated in our terms on all our media. Unfortunately, the client simply chose to ignore that. We have offered the client to have it proofread by another translator but she declined the offer for an unknown reason. All the changes she requested have been made quickly each time she requested them and all her emails responded to promptly. We do not see any delays on our end. While we believe a refund is unwarranted in her case, we stand ready to make the translations to her liking within acceptable norms and standards. We wish this client all the best and success in all her endeavors.
They aren’t certified or regulated by…
They aren’t certified or regulated by any National Association. So their evaluation’s doesn’t have any value when presented to a work place. I threw my money in the trash because I had to have it done with another company because they are not recognized by MSDE. I DO NOT recommend this company. You shouldn’t offer a service that isn’t valid. It doesn’t make sense to me why they offer this service if they aren’t certified and what they offer isn’t valid. My advice, look for a company that is certified by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Service or the Associate of International Credentials Evaluators. Because if they aren’t your paper won’t be accepted.

The client has successfully used our evaluation elsewhere as she herself has confirmed it to us. However, it appears that some other place that she tried to use our evaluation with did not accept it. There are many schools, government agencies and employers that accept our evaluations. However, there are some that have evaluation requirements that we can not meet. Therefore, we inform our clients to verify their requirements before placing their order with us. There are many evaluation services that are not members of NACES or AICE but their evaluations are still valid in many places. It is our position that it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure they meet the evaluation requirements and inform us about them accordingly.

Grate service! Insane speed. They promised to do the translation within 48 hours, they’ve done it in about 18. Definitely recommend to anyone
