Good but needs more improvement
I like the format. the price is also reasonable.
The corrections were good but kind of slow.
The agent who translated my document was good but a little bit stubborn because it took me a few times to persuade her to correct a word. I also realized I was not notified when something was changed. For example, on the certification of translation accuracy, at first it used "baptismal certificate..." (I was happy with this) then at the final draft it used "4th child." I was not notified about this change at all.

Translation wasn’t done professionally
Translation wasn’t done professionally, acronyms translated in two different way or with a wrong translation.
I would not recommend your service. Especially because you take a long time to respond and the only communication way is through email/website.

I had a great experience using this…
I had a great experience using this translation service. They were extremely quick while still being very diligent and accurate. I appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the entire process and even allowed me to review the translation before the document was officially certified.
The translation itself was completed within about 24 hours, and when I requested notarization, that was finished within another 24 hours, which was impressively fast. The entire process was seamless and fully online—I didn’t have to speak with anyone directly, and all documents were conveniently delivered to me via email as PDFs.
I highly recommend this service for anyone needing fast, reliable, and hassle-free certified translations.
