this time different
This time it took longer for my product to come and my box was smashed. Also I did not receive an email confirming my order.
This is my third time ordering from Dr. Vitamins. The two other times were flawless and this time was different.

We're sorry this order didn't go as well as your previous ones. It's rare for someone to not get their email confirmation, either the email got sent to one of your spam folders or the system never sent it. Either way you can always contact us and we'll resend any emails, give you your confirmation and tracking numbers, or anything else you need. As for the state of the package and the time it took to get to you, unfortunately all of our careful packaging cannot protect every package and the USPS is beyond our control. Most packages take between 3-5 days, and yours did get to you in 4 so while that is longer than before it is still in the expected delivery window. Any time a package is damaged or not delivered, just let us know via phone or email and we will do everything we can to help you get your package quickly and in pristine condition.
