I placed my order and it never came. I've emailed, I've called multiple times and no one has reached out to me. feels like a scam site

Placed order on 2/12/26 and paid in full. Sent an email asking for our order. Made phone calls asking for our order. This will be our last order from this company.

I ordered weeks ago and still waiting for them to arrive.. It’s never been this long.

I NEVER GOT MY ORDER. I have tried to contact via email and left a voicemail and no one has contacted me. I feel that the right thing is for me to get my order but be refunded.

Been calling and emailing for weeks because I received faulty test. No one will respond to handle the matter.

Shipping says 3 to 7 days on in stock items. The 5 panel and 6 panel must always be out of stock when I order. My orders have been delivered in the 2 to 3 week window.

My order was canceled by the company! I got a refund but nothing explaining why it was refunded...

I haven’t received my package.
There is absolutely zero communication.
I have reached out to the BBB and reported this as a fraudulent business.

Order correct. Came quickly.

Order placed on 7/10. It's now the 18th and I have not received any shipping info. I've tried calling but am being told no one is available to take the call. I've e-mailed too but no response. My credit card has been charged already so now I'll have to see if they can help me get my money back.

We received our drug tests but the test cups were not included and we have been unable to get ahold of anyone to resolve the issue.

Since I never received my order and you canceled the order and refunded me my money a week after I was supposed to receive it, without so much as an explanation. Your company sucks.

Simple ordering process and fast delivery.

Box was crushed during shipping. So I couldn't rely on the integrity of the test, not knowing what may have been damaged.

I have been using these testers for my women's recovery home for the past 17 years.

I trust them and have never had any issue regarding false positives.

The test is good to save time, but in most cases I have to use two of them to get a full Pannel answer. Not sure what is the problem.
