Don’t want to speak too soon, but I am already on the 3rd day of using the cleanser, neutralising gel and light moisturiser from Dr Sam and I can see already massive improvements on my skin.

I had a very bad breakout on the left side of my face (probably due of a collagene mask I did back in the month) and it clear out straight away after applying the gel and washing my face with the cleanser. Absolutely gorgeous products and so so delicate.

I never leave reviews usually, but Dr Sam really did this right. Thank you so much guys for everything you do! You do really make us feel beautiful <3

I highly recommend Dr. Sam's products. They are perfect for my mixed-sensitive skin. They also have an outstanding support service. Overall, it is a great company that genuinely cares about its customers.

I've been using the bright and nightly eye creams for 6 months and they are doing wonder for my under eye area. I recently purchased the cleanser and it is the first water based cleanser I've used that leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh.

I have ordered :
The moisturiser light : 3 ⭐ , great for winter but it congested my skin whilst the weather was hot and humid.
Sunscreen : 5 ⭐ love it,
Brightly eye : 1 ⭐ this is the worst eye serum I ever got across, I’ve seen no changes whatsoever , it does cover dark circles momentarily once applied because it’s a little tinted but nothing long term.
Brightly serum : 1 ⭐ been using it for 3 months , no results at all
Cleanser : 5 ⭐ love it, lightweight , non drying and removes everything.

These products are the only that have actually got results for my acne prone skin. I am a loyal customer and they have an amazing support team

I ordered a cleanser and the pump didn’t work, but the company handled it amazingly. Their support team responded quickly and sent a replacement right away. It arrived within a few days, and everything was perfect. Friendly, fast, and efficient, couldn’t ask for better service! ☺️

Absolutely outstanding company. They treat their customers really well, the products are the best I've ever used and genuinely show visible results. I used to spend twice as much on Obagi and it's nowhere near as good. Customer service is also excellent, really fast and always helpful.

The products are great, especially the Neutralizing Gel; aka Magic in a tube, and I love that I get the opportunity to try out products with the free samples. The samples have led me to buy the tinted SPF which felt amazing and also didn't cause my very sensitive skin to break out. The only bummer is that I order from Sweden and I guess it is due to the UK leaving the EU that the order can take longer than I'd like it, up to two weeks. Otherwise great products!

Whilst I have not tried ordering yet, the customer service provided by Samantha was amazing! Samantha gave me a lot of advice and broke down my routine for me and suggested the best products for my concerns. I feel confident with incorporating the products into my routine.

I've been using a few products from Dr Sam's everyday for a while now and my skin has ever been better!

Their customer service team is also lovely and very efficient. They were happy to replace/refund a product I had an issue with, even though it was outside of their 60-Day Happiness Pledge.
