I bought a 5 litre tea tree body wash…
I bought a 5 litre tea tree body wash but it was sent without pump. When I complained I expected apology and pump to be sent to me. That has yet to be done. It appears that they didn’t believe me, instead they asked me to take photos and sent it to them.

FALSE packaging and WASTE of paper
FALSE packaging and WASTE of paper . My partner just purchased some tea tree nail solution it was a tiny bottle 2.5 inches high and 1 inch in circumference in a box 5inches high and 2.5 inches wide . The bottle could have been sold independently of the box and not only saved the company money but it would’ve provided much more customer satisfaction and less disappointment . What purpose is this packaging actually serving ?

I gave it four stars because I like the product, but not five stars because 2 weeks after purchasing, I came across Dr Organic products in a retail store and they were cheaper than online. And when online you have to pay over a certain amount. So for me, retail is better.

Avoid Stains Clothes Permanently- Pura Aloe Vera Suntan Lotion
Used Pura aloe vera sun tan lotion and it stained my clothes permanently as wouldn't wash out in the washing machine. Contacted the customer service team and they were no help whatsoever and tried to blame the staining on the product being out of date. Avoid if you don't want ruined clothes!!
UPDATE
Dr Organic tried to take down my review but failed! They have also not responded to this review which speaks volumes for the attitude of the company!

Once again please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you experienced, unfortunately certain materials and especially white clothing is more susceptible to staining from sun care products. Our sun cream is a mixture of oils and filters and when mixed with perspiration, water, chlorine or salts for a prolonged period can result in staining, especially if clothing is worn before the product has dried. Furthermore if the product is used past its expiry date which is indicated on pack and therefore oxidised due to exposure with air there is even more likelihood of staining, as was this case with your complaint. We have confirmed that our products do meet all necessary cosmetic standards, carry the expiry dates and also include voluntary warnings around staining. We are very sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with our response or offer of a good will gesture on our part to resolve. I can confirm your comments have been recorded and reviewed by our senior management.
