Have been using tea tree body wash now for a lot of years, 15 plus, after having a skin problem. Not cheap compared to soap but even simple soap made my skin dry, have now started buying and decanting... Se mer

Inconsistent Quality…
Bought their skin expert day cream with royal jelly & Manuka honey body lotion for the first time last May in Holland & Barrett. Loved them both. I bought them again recently & do not like them. The smell of face cream is not pleasant as it was previously & the body lotion has lost its lovely honey smell. It's also not as lush in texture, feels dryer & is making my skin itchy. Very disappointed though I had read reviews before purchasing for the first time & it did seem to suggest that products can be inconsistent. I now believe this to be the case. I'm adding to this review now because I've looked at the ingredients of the Manuka honey body lotion Which used to have organic Manuka honey with cocoa butter for naturally hydrated and softer skin, but this newly shaped container says rice bran oil instead of cocoa butter as an ingredient with the organic Manuka honey. No wonder my skin feels the difference & is itching. It's not as rich, or soft as it was, plus there's no lovely honey smell. Sadly I bought two containers. What a dishonest thing to do Dr. Organic. The label on the new container should clearly state that product ingredients have changed, not just the container. I'm lodging a complaint with Holland and Barrett also & will return the items. Badly done!

Excellent Customer Service
Dr Organic's Customer Service is outstanding. I have an allergy to a certain ingredient in cosmetics and they took the time to email me an extensive list of products that do not contain Linalool. Their products are excellent and value for money.

Easy online ordering, prompt delivery
Easy online ordering and prompt delivery. My husband suffers from itchy rashes for which our GP suggested moisturising his skin twice a day. Since I discovered the moisturisers supplied by this company, I have tried several of them and find they help to ease the itching.

I came out in quite a painful reaction…
I came out in quite a painful reaction when using their rose deodorant that I thought was natural. I was on the hunt for a organic natural deodorant for myself and was so excited to try it as I love anything rose excited. I applied it to my pits and within 10 minutes they became quite red and painful and I had all blisters under them. I've used so many deodorants over the years and never had this before. So unfortunately this has put me off using their products I also found that I was excessively sweating too compared to normal,which defeats the purpose of it.

So helpful and so friendly
So helpful and so friendly when I emailed them. The advice they suggested but told me they were not medically trained has really solved the problem I have of burning legs and feet at night, which is amazing and such a relief. Love the fact I am using organic, plant based product and not the chemical one the gp recommended.

Good customer service
Charming customer service lady. Parcel a bit late. Whilst I love your products, I need to mention that the lip balm doesn't stay open when you need to apply the product. It pops back into its sleeve when you try to apply.

Amazing product
Amazing product, fantastic aroma and when DHL delivered to a random wall 100 yards from my house (and said I had signed for it, when I hadn't even seen them), Dr Organic kindly re-issued my purchases with no fuss. Great product and company. Thank you - special thanks to Kay in Customer Services!
