BSM Omdömen

Travis Joseph from BSM was my instructor very patient in he early stages of learning to drive and gave clear instructions and explanation through out my experience. once I found a test we did lost of practise in that area and learned the potential test routes which really helped on my test day. Highly recommend great instructor whether your new or experienced.

Mo is an amazing instructor. He is always punctual, communicates clearly and effectively, teaches in a way that is easy to understand and sets you up to pass your driving test without fail. I woukd highly recommend him to anyone who wants a positive experience. Thank you so much Mo for the lessons.

My instructor, Travis Joseph was a lovely and calm instructor. Because of this I was able to pass first time in 7 lessons. I massively recommend him!

Highly recommended. Mr Mo is a highly qualified and professional driving instructor. His way of teaching is next level. He is very calm and punctual. He made me confident. I passed my driving test in first attempt. Just go for BSM and Mr Mo if you’re searching for the best driving instructor in Gillingham. I would give more than 5 stars.

My instructor Shafiq Hafeez made me feel confident and safe on the road. He showed me clearly how to drive safely around my test centre and the area that I live as well as general areas which are difficult to drive around in Birmingham. One of his best attributes is how clearly spoken he is as it made every decision on the road easier and safer. Shafiq is easy to get along with and made the whole experience a 10/10 for me. I had no problems with dates, lateness or cancellations. I would definitely recommend Shafiq to anyone who is trying to pass their test.

Highly recommend Naomi Oben

I spent the last year learning with Naomi and really enjoyed it! Not only is she really talented instructor but also a lovely person.

I've had other driving instructors in the past and Naomi is in a class of her own. By spending time really figuring out how to help me specifically, creating an environment where I could learn most effectively, and pushing me to do my best, Naomi always made sure I got the most out of every lesson. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to learn to drive!

I would recommend Huseyin Arik from BSM (if doing Automatic). He was very helpful and friendly. He helped me prepare and pass my driving test in Cambridge!

My instructor Travis Joseph was really good, helping me pass my driving test within two months of me driving. He was really nice, and explained and guided me through things well

If you want the best instructor who is patient and will care about your driving journey, in the hertfordshire area, look for Tony i can gaurentee you will be confident you will pass, he is a top lad

I cannot thank Mohamed Mujahid from BSM enough for his incredible support over the past year! He stayed with me every step of the way, all the way from my very first automatic driving lesson until the day I finally passed my test and got my driving licence!Mohammad is an absolutely amazing instructor. He is extremely patient, professional, and always kept a positive attitude, even when I made mistakes. Driving for the first time can be very stressful, but his calm teaching style completely built my confidence behind the wheel. He never gave up on me, kept me motivated throughout the entire year, and tailored every lesson to make sure I mastered the road.If you are looking for an automatic driving instructor in Gillingham and surrounding areas who truly cares about your success, builds your confidence, and stays dedicated to helping you pass, I highly recommend Mohamed Mujahid and BSM. Thank you so much for helping me achieve this huge milestone!

My instructor Tony Antoni was an incredibly skilled and experienced driving instructor! I passed my test first time with zero minor faults after practicing with him for only 3 weeks. Tony was very patient and calm and always answered my questions about driving concepts and techniques with clarity. He always gave me encouragement and confidence in my driving which motivated me so much. 😀
Couldn't have asked for a better instructor.
Thank you Tony! ⭐🚗

Leander Tonkin took me on as a novice driver, totally fearful and anxious and in 50 hours, into a confident, competent driver who passed first time! I will forever be grateful for her patience and attitude, we had some giggles but she knows what she’s doing and in 7 years I’ll be getting her to teach my daughter!!

My instructor Travis Joseph from BSM, was a highly professional, encouraging and caring instructor who helped me to pass my driving practical test in such short notice. I highly recommend that you partner with him.

my instructor Travis joseph was perfect couldn’t of asked for a better instructor. amazing fella, makes you feel so relaxed and will prepare you perfectly for the test as i passed first time with his help.

I used Steve Weeks he was amazing I passed on my first attempt extremely patient. Very helpful especially if you are a little nervous. Would definitely recommend.

Two of my family members learnt how to drive using BSM in the past and both passed their tests first time.
Learning under George was no different.

A firm but fair teacher, George ensure I knew not just what I needed to pass the test, but the also the foundations for good driving behaviour in life and the realities of driving.

Very quick to move on from mistakes, educates you on your failings and makes sure that you bounce back from them.

In three months, I went from zero driving experience to passing with one driving fault.

Thank you again George, couldn't recommend you enough!

Excellent and well organised driving school.
My instructor Mo was really good and instilled confidence in me.
I had failed by 1 major due to my own anxiety but second round was a pass with no faults. My pass is all because of Mo.

I cancelled my lessons with BSM because of my experience with my instructor, Zaza Meurmishvili

He cancelled two of my lessons. On one occasion, he messaged me only around two hours before the lesson to tell me it was cancelled, even though I had already made all the necessary arrangements and was fully prepared for the lesson. I found this very frustrating, especially as there was no apology.

I was also told during my assessment that I would need around 45–50 hours of training for an automatic car. I already have previous driving experience, so I felt this estimate was quite high. I later spoke to another instructor who gave me a different assessment, which made me question whether the initial estimate reflected my actual level and experience.

Because of these experiences, I lost confidence in continuing with this instructor and decided to cancel my lessons with BSM.

I’m leaving this review because I think BSM should be aware of how this experience affected my decision to stop using their service.

Ferhat was a phenomenal instructor. He was patient but trusted me and encouraged my decision making. I couldn’t recommend him higher as an instructor. I might genuinely miss my lessons with him

Money well spent. My driving instructor was sheriff an amazing guy taught me from the basics all the way to passing my test first time.
