Unreliable product

Unreliable product , constant disconnects.
Its a waste of time and money until they can develop past the constant issues.
Waste much more time then it can save and results and level of AI is terrible

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. They wasted our time 3 weeks solving the bugs on their platform and once we went live with our outreach campaign, our personal accounts got banned. They didn't warn us, and we stayed in the limits. They were not helpful at all after we experienced banning. I don't recommend.

Here's what we want you to know: X (Twitter) controls all account enforcement decisions, not Drippi. We're transparent about this in our terms of service. Account safety depends on the quality and nature of the messages being sent, plus user behavior on the platform.

That said, we'd love to understand what happened with your account. Sometimes there are lessons we can learn together about how to use the platform safely. If you're open to it, reach out to support@drippi.ai so we can talk through it.

We also want to note: On the rare occasions when bugs prevent users from running automations, we provide free extra weeks beyond what they had to wait as compensation. We take platform reliability seriously.

Don’t Waste Your $500 Like I Did..

Honestly, I’m tired of Drippi AI. Its founder, alex is just freakin’ spending thousands of dollars on marketing instead of working with the development and support team to actually improve the product.

I guarantee you, if you’re a user, you’ll face more than 3 major issues every single month. And if you don’t, I’ll pay for your $100 subscription myself.

In a single month, you’ll see things like their lead scraping breaking, API issues, automation sending 5–10 duplicate messages to the same user, lead credit errors, and a lot more messed up stuff. And whenever there’s a major issue, they always blame Twitter’s API.

I’ve personally talked with Drippi’s support team dozens of times. They’re just too damn lazy. After aggressively reporting issues, they even auto-canceled my subscription without any notice by email. I still had around 12–13 days remaining on my Unlimited Plan. And the funniest part? They also kicked me from their support community. I tried reaching out multiple times through their support and official email, but no response totally ghosted.

This is complete bullshit. F#ck this tool.

Thank you for providing your information. We want to address the claims in your review with facts.

You were removed from our platform and community not because you complained about issues, but because you violated our terms of service in multiple ways:

* You created multiple fake accounts (including under the name "Noah Adam") within our private Slack community

* You promoted a competing product (DMing users within our private Slack community) using the exact same referral link as your Twitter/X profile

* This activity was reported to us by another community member who recognized the pattern

* You exploited our payment system by deliberately allowing charges to fail, using the service for free, and then paying only when your account was about to be terminated

This type of competitor sabotage combined with payment fraud violates our guidelines and terms of service, which you agreed to when you signed up.

Regarding your subscription: We ended your subscription at the end of your billing term after discovering this activity - not mid-term as you claim. Your account had 12-13 days remaining because that's when your billing cycle ended. You had explicit notice in our terms of service that we reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.

On the product issues: You're correct that we had some issues during your time as a customer. We've since resolved those issues and made significant improvements to our infrastructure and support team. However, these issues were not unique to your account - they affected a small percentage of users during that period, and we compensated all affected customers with free weeks as standard practice.

On your comment about marketing spend: We've been focused on organic marketing and Drippi outreach for the majority of our growth. We ran paid ads for a couple months, but we've since returned to what built Drippi - organic content marketing and authentic community engagement. In fact, we use Drippi for our own outreach, which demonstrates our commitment to the product's quality.

We're committed to building a trustworthy platform and community. We take violations of our terms of service seriously - including competitor sabotage, payment fraud, and community abuse - and we stand by our decision to remove your account and the fake accounts associated with it.

personal experience. hope they can improve this

We're currently doing $20k/mo+ and wanted to scale using interaction-based campaigns on X.

Drippi advertised that they can do do this so I was super excited to use the software.

What made me even more excited was that they offered a free call to help implement the software - nice.

So I paid for the $115/mo plan, booked the call... and they didn't show up. (Not a great first impression)

Booked in again...and they were late to join. (not a great second impression either)

After they finally join the call, I ask about their feature of "auto DM campaigns based on tweet interactions".

I'm expecting them to explain it on the call as they advertise the feature in videos before you pay. They also have the feature clearly shown inside the software.

However, the team member on call said that it's not a supported feature (despite it being advertised and shown inside the software).

Im not even mad about the misleading advertising of features as they're a relatively new saas and i understand that some features might be buggy. But the support around the issue was horrendous.

We use a ton of paid softwares and honestly never had a worse experience than Drippi when it comes to unmet expectations and lack of communication.

This is actually available through two methods on our platform:

1. Lead Scraper > Tweet Source - Message anyone who has retweeted any tweet

2. Auto DM - Tweet Interaction - Set up an automation to message anyone who interacts with your own tweets

We're sorry this wasn't clearly explained during your implementation call. We offer free implementation calls to all our customers even when just on the free trial, and we're committed to showing up and helping you succeed. We've recently made significant changes to our customer success team to ensure better preparation and communication going forward.

Cold open rates were nowhere near what…

Cold open rates were nowhere near what their marketing info said. Had a 30/90 guarantee that they didn't honor or respond to. Had to dispute the charges.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify something important: Twitter/X DMs don't have "open rates" - that metric only exists for email. Drippi is a Twitter DM automation tool, not an email tool, so we've never used "open rates" in any marketing messaging.

Additionally, we've never offered any kind of guarantee (30/90 or otherwise) regarding results. Drippi is a tool for automating Twitter DMs - results depend entirely on the quality of your messages and how they resonate with your audience.

After signing up and enabling my 7-day…

After signing up and enabling my 7-day free trial, I inadvertently connected another account and was automatically billed $150 for both accounts. This shouldn't be happening; it's very counterintuitive. Also, after reading their refund policy, I see they offer a refund if you request it within 7 days. After sending an email 3 days ago (on the same day I was charged), I still haven't heard back.

After speaking via the website chat, I was able to get my refund. However, email support hasn't responded yet.

We want to clarify: Before adding additional accounts beyond the free trial account, users see a clear message stating they will be charged if they proceed. This message appears before any account is added. The auto-billing for the second account happened because you chose to add it after seeing this warning.
