Thank you, Happy Customer :)
We love and appreciate the feedback!
Happy thus far
So far, I received my 72 custom made cups in the timeline that was promised. I am pleased with the product. Only reason for 4 stars is I want to see how well the cups hold up over time.
Overall, very pleased with the product, the customer service, and the timely interaction.

Product looks great
Product looks great. Very pleased with the end product. Gave a four star instead of five star as the selection of product was limited to supply issues from Manufacturer, I know this is out of Drinkbranders control.

Thank you for your review, Brian!
We are so happy to hear that you are pleased with the end product and I trust you were served well as that is top priority :-)
You are correct that we unfortunately cannot control the supply issues happening all over the nation. No one is more concerned about that than us, as Covid has not been kind to our business.
These reviews affect us greatly and if you feel we deserve that extra star based on the things that we CAN control, it would really mean a lot. We sincerely appreciate you and your business regardless, and hope to have the chance to serve you again in the future!
Amazing Customer Service!
The design team at drink branders was extremely helpful and very fast to reach out to me upon my request for a design mockup, as well as through the communication process. They worked with me as I changed my design and were very helpful in explaining the checkout process. My order came out exactly how I had hoped and I will definitely be working with them in the future for customized items like the company tervis's that they just made for me.

Fast Delivery & Professional Design
We were in a hurry to order cups for a charity golf outing with a logo that we had designed using powerpoint. The Drinkbranders.com team helped us pick a quick order insulated cup, redid the logo professionally and delivered the cups within a few days. Epic given these days of supply chain issues! Highly recommend.

Employees were kind and helpful via…
Employees were kind and helpful via email. However, there were two main issues:
- The water bottles I originally ordered weren't actually in stock. Stock should be made clear on the website, BEFORE a purchase is made.
- When I switched my order to a different water bottle, I had to follow up with employees a few times to get my new receipt/refund.
Overall, I am happy with the water bottles. But, the ordering process/stock should have been more transparent and the refund/receipt should have been issued right away with the new order.

Hello again, Christina!
We just wanted to let you know that since your review, we have done what we could to be very transparent about the stock difficulties. There is now a banner on our website letting customers know that they need to call in for specific in-hands date and can ask about stock for specific items. We really appreciate your attention to this matter and always want our customers to feel taken care of and communicated with. If you would have any interest in changing your review, we would really appreciate it and you could do so at this link:

The DrinkBranders Team
Thank you for your review, Christina.
I'm very glad you recognized and experienced our kind and helpful employees juggling the stress of stock issues that Covid has presented. It is trying times for many industries and we are doing the best we can to compensate for the things that are completely out of our control. With stock availability literally changing by the minute on the thousands of items we carry, it is simply not possible to update our website real-time. We are ALWAYS happy to speak to our customers and do everything we can to get them exactly what they want. If an item is out of stock, we have dedicated staff ready to help you choose the next best thing. I apologize that your refund for the change took longer than you would have liked. These things take time to process and we are doing everything we can to stay on top of it all as quickly as possible. Thank you very much for your order. We look forward to things getting back to "normal" and hope we can serve you well in the future.

It's so easy to order from drinkbranders.com. If you have any questions, there is a friendly person there to help. My only contact has been through email, always timely, always helpful. Reorders are especially easy! On my initial order I was impressed by the art department's willingness and ability to "make it happen" for our design!

Great Company, Great Products, Great Prices
I have now placed two large orders with DrinkBranders and I have no doubt that we will continue to use them in the future. They were a pleasure to work with, they delivered our bottles on time and without any mistakes. AND the best part....you can't beat their prices. Period.

Cat,
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us again. Happy customers are of the utmost importance to us and we really appreciated your feedback to help us do better. We sincerely look forward to working with you again in the future.
Big "thank you" again from the entire DrinkBranders Team!
Hello again, Cat!
We just wanted to let you know that we very much took your review to heart and while we still cannot control what's going on the current world, we did post a banner on our website letting our customers know about the stock issues and that they can call in for real-time information on items. Additionally, to ask that our customers with specific in-hands dates to let us know so we can communicate their options right away.
We appreciate your feedback as well as you taking the time to share your initial experience regardless. If you would be interested in changing our review, you can do so at this link:
https://support.trustpilot.com/hc/en-us/articles/201839063-Edit-or-delete-your-review
We hope to earn your business in the future as customer satisfaction is everything to us.
Take care!
Hello Cat,
We are very sorry your experience made you feel we deserved 2 stars. Covid has been very difficult for most business, especially related to stock that is completely out of our control. With the numerous items we carry on our site, it's simply not possible to update the stock directly on our website as it is literally changing daily. Unfortunately we (and our manufacturers) are as frustrated as you with the timeliness of items being shipped. It is simply a tough time for everyone and we can only give each other some grace while we continue to serve our customers as best as we can--and that is our number one priority.
We hope you'll give us a try again.
Take care.
Fast, friendly customer service and a great product
The team at Drinkbranders was friendly and responsive. We had to make changes to our design and needed to rush production to meet a deadline, and they made it all happen. And the finished product was exactly what we were looking for. A great experience all around!
