Hello,
Hello,
We loved working with y'all. The only frustrating part was actually trying to order. Due to the limited global stock, our options were limited. However, even after picking different options for a second round, we were told we had to yet again pick other options. So, the bottles we got weren't our top picks, but they look good nonetheless.

We are as frustrated as you with stock. Unfortunately, the pandemic has not been kind to many industries and this is something out of our control. We are very much looking forward to more ‘business as usual’ ASAP.
We appreciate your business very much!

I needed a rush order of mugs for a corporate event and DrinkBranders was amazing! They got the product absolutely perfect, and made our shipping deadline even though it only gave them 2 days for production. I would absolutely use their services again!

The whole experience went smoothly
The whole experience went smoothly, from working with the artist to scheduling and shipping, and we ended up with custom Nalgene bottles for our Scouts for the same or less $ than we'd pay for plain ones at the national outdoor retailer.

happy with the order
happy with the order, logo looks great. I held back a star because the order shipped a couple days late, and you were out of stock of my favorite color choice. We changed the order due to the lack of inventory so that I could have the product for my busy season. When we did this, somehow my lid selections weren’t the same as my order. I would have preferred to have a variety of lid colors.

Thank you for your review, Philip! Sorry we didn't have your favorite color and that shipping was delayed a couple of days. Covid has unfortunately proven to be a huge pain in the bum for so many industries and we are doing the best we can with what we've got right now.
We will continue to be up front and serve our customers the very best that we can! Stock is finally getting better again and we'd love to continue earning your business--this time with all the fun lid colors too :-)
Very nice company to work with
Very nice company to work with. Quick on responses, polite, and I was even able to call and talk to a live person. What I liked best was that they were local as in the same state as the company I work for. I really like to support locally if possible since the pandemic has really hurt businesses. My order arrived within 2 weeks of finalizing order.

Amazing customer service and product!
I work for Zappos and during a recent project of ours we decided to go with DrinkBranders for some custom water bottles. Between Steve (sales) and Samantha (designer) we were 100% taken care of. From my very first call they were incredibly reliable, thoughtful and a pleasure to communicate with. Steve laid out the entire process from the very beginning and every single detail including pricing, mock ups, delivery etc was executed to perfection. That is hard to come by! Samantha worked with our tight schedule to delivery mockups quickly and help with color adjustments. Marcus and Bryan checked in a couple days after we received the bottles to check in and make sure we were happy, which was a really nice plus. We definitely are happy and will absolutely be using them again for our upcoming projects. Big thank you to the DrinkBranders team for everything, we are excited to have found a great partner to work with! /Kate

Omdöme utan inbjudan
Svar från drinkbranders.com
Thank you so much for your review, Kate! This one especially tugs on the heart strings as my husband and I started DrinkBranders about 7 years ago. During that process we read Tony Hsieh's book "Delivering Happiness" and felt sincerely inspired. We made many decisions during that startup process (hiring, philosophy, team, service, etc.) with Tony and his book in mind. To come full circle and get an order from YOU (Zappos) was a pretty emotional validation for us. So, thank you again. If you have any pics of your final product, we'd love to see them on our IG or Facebook page! We look forward to working with you soon! :-)
