Redemptions ? Nope. 7-10 business days woch the last 3 withdrawals i had took 15 days. And business days not weekend. So one withdrawal a month. I had all my information verified. I contacted customer service the entire week asking for updates and they said everything is fine. Until this last one i contacted them on day 10 only for them to tell me they need more verification even though they have everything. Now im going to have to resubmit everything and wait another 7-10 business days or 1 time a month imto get my money. But im living and taking care of my elder father and his name are on the bills.
