Service has been really bad for me

Service has been really bad for me, with extremely long waiting times. After sending 52 messages and waiting over 20 days, I still haven’t received my payout. Deposits went through in about a minute, but the payout has been dragging on for weeks, even though the VIP manager keeps saying they are rushing it.
