My original order kept tracking for the next day, and the next day, and the next day.. so it was pretty clear it was a lost package. UPS was no help, so I contacted Dr. Brandt customer service and I cannot tell you how easy it was. I told them what was going on and that was it, no muss, no fuss, they shipped me out another package. It was so nice to have such excellent customer service. They have a customer for life.

I had an issue with my discount when I ordered. I emailed customer service, it wasn’t long at all before they responded and said they’d issue my refund. Within minutes of them saying they’d issue it, I got another email saying it had been done! Wowza!! These guys have the BEST customer service! I also really am loving the products I’m using!! Thanks Dr. Brandt, for being all around awesome!

Great customer service! I have used the Dr. Brandt microdermabrasion for years and I am in love with it. No other product cleanses/exfoliates my face like the Dr. Brandt microdermabrasion. So when I saw an ad for the new Dr. Brandt micro points, I had to order it. However, it seems that the package was lost in transit. I emailed customer service and they responded right away! Everything was sorted out quickly and they are sending me another one. I feel that Dr. Brandt actually cares about their customers which I appreciate. Katerinne with customer service was great and I can't wait to try Dr. brandt's micro points.

Amazing customer service! Ordered a set of 8 most popular products but the day cream jar came completely empty. Less than an hour after emails customer service (in a Saturday!) I received a reply notifying me a replace jar was being shipped out. Really like the neck cream and Needles No More wrinkle smoother.

Friendly, knowledgeable customer service reps are hard to find, but not at Dr Brandt. I highly recommend them to all friends and family.

I had some issues with a discount code and contacted customer service. They responded very quickly and were very helpful. (turns out I misread the requirements). I placed my order of multiple items utilized the code and had my products within days. So far I am liking everything I purchased!

I have been a repeat customer for years, it is one of my favorite skin care lines. I can actually see and feel a difference in my skin when using their products, and receive compliments as well. I have oily skin and used to get clogged pores which makes them look large. I love the pores no more collection especially the micro dermabrasion and the vacuum cleaner they really keep my pores clean and skin feeling and looking great. I love the needles to more cream and I just ordered the micro needling recovery kit. Unfortunately I received an email saying it had been delivered and was so excited to try it but when I went out to get my mail the package was not there. I reached out to Dr. Brandts customer service and they were more than helpful and sent me out a new kit with no problem at all. I can’t wait to try it. The only negative I have ever had with this company is the no more baggage but from what I have read is that it has a learning curve to get the proper results and I just haven’t gotten it right yet. Overall, I have I will continue to order from Dr. Brandts and suggest their products to friends as well. It’s an A+ for me all the way.

Companies will naturally tell you all the great things about their products and their "proven" results. So, you probably spend more money than you wanted to, only to find that it doesn't live up to the hype or your expectations. I purchased Dr. Brandt's "No More Needles" for puffiness and dark circles, and I will say I have been more than pleased with the results. I think I'm on my third tube. I see a visible difference! I would highly recommend this, as well as all Dr. Brandt products.

I initially bought the Pore Refiner Primer for my large pores. FINALLY a product that works for me! Since then I've purchased other products that I LOVE!

A recent purchase had a mishap with the bottle that it came in. I e-mailed the customer service team, they got back to me within 20 minutes, and had already arranged for a new bottle to be shipped to me. Diana was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their products!
