Very satisfied with the service provided by Drainsmart. Having been instructed to carry out a drains test, they identified a problem with the condition and routing of the pipework, provided a solution and carried out the required works. Having spoken to with Tony on a number of occasions and met with their operatives over 3 visits, I was very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and level of service. They always arrived on time, finished within schedule and reinstated block paving to a good standard.

Drainsmart were very prompt ,very thorough ,very helpful and delivered a comprehensive and detailed report . We would definitely recommend.

We had pea shingle causing a blockage in the U bend in our inspection chamber. Drainsmart did a video inspection of our drains which revealed a collapsed joint under our kitchen extension. J and B arrived a couple of weeks later - they did another video review with me watching over and we decided that rather than a patch repair a full internal sleeve would cover a couple of other minor issues and long term would give greater peace of mind. After a quick phone call the quote was revised and J asked if I would like a few days to consider it, which I declined. J was easy to talk to, informative and very thorough. The sleeve was fitted then B copied the 'before and after' video drain scans onto a memory stick for me. Job done with no fuss and no digging!

The team were really polite, helpful, honest and went the extra mile to help me resolve my problem. They showed me what they were doing, what they had found (thankfully nothing) and ways forward (useful practical day-to-day advice about my drains). They were so thorough on the day that I was able to plan my next steps there and then. The final CCTV report came super quick and is really helpful. Overall, I was very pleased by the service on offer.

I recently needed some work done and had made several enquires with several different companies however when I came across Drainsmart I could not anymore happier.

From the very beginning with the phone calls, emails and actual personal interactions, it was all very positive and the service provided was exceptional. Each member of the team was extremely friendly, approachable and willing to help with detailed explanations.

When the engineers had arrived to conduct the works, their goal was to create the least amount of mess possible and to reduce the area of work to not damage any other part of the infrastructure.

Not only were they keeping me updated as they worked, they communicated well amongst each other and me as the client.

The work took 4 days to complete (compared to being told it would take 3-4 weeks from other businesses) and prior to leaving each day they would clean up so my property would not be left a mess.

We all engaged very well, whilst having a laugh and good conversation about several things.

I cannot fault a single thing about my experience and the work completed by Drainsmart. I would highly recommend doing business with them and I know for next time, I would not need to find anyone else to go to for business.

Easy to arrange, appointment very smooth, and report gave us everything we needed.

We needed an overflowing drain (water) to be unblocked. Drainsmart responded in record time, offered a good price, turned up within a few hours (though we had been prepared to wait) and the team was friendly, efficient, and did a thorough job removing materials which had accumulated over many years, long before we came here in 2021, and clearing the underground pipes. We are very pleased with the work and the tidyness of the site afterwards. Altogether excellent !

Drain smart arrived bang on time and the two workmen who were assigned our job were lovely and incredibly polite. They assessed the problem and within twenty minutes our drains were flushed through and clear. No more baby wipes in this house. Great service.

I had my second drains problem in less than a year, a different one from the time before. Drainsmart arrived at the time they said they would. Jim knew exactly what to do and dealt with the issue. Thank goodness! I hope I never, ever have another drains problem, but if I do, I know exactly who to contact - Drainsmart.

DrainSmart arrived to conduct a CCTV survey but departed on the same day having completely dealt with the serious problem shown up by the survey - the two operatives were multi-skilled and, having procured the necessary materials, did the necessary excavation, fitted the pipework and replaced the manhole and manhole cover to complete the job.

Drainsmart had perfect customer service. They were efficient, polite and when things didn’t quite go to plan (an equipment failure totally out of their control) they dealt with it in the perfect way. They got in touch, rebooked at my convenience and expedited the report free of charge. I love companies with customer service like this. I will always recommend you Drainsmart for my experience! Cannot recommend enough. The guys turn up on time every day, keep you well informed of what they are doing and what needs to be done next, and then tidy up before they leave. Whole process was transparent and fair.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the drain inspection, report and drawings provided. The inspection confirmed that our redundant drains were not sealed by our builder. As they were not sealed/cut, we had a "nasty" visitor that started chewing at the new underfloor insulation. Having the drawings and measurements helped us to find the redundant drains, after digging at the correct location, and cut and properly seal them (the measurements pointed out that one drain should have been really close to a concrete post and I thought they were wrong -> it turns out the measurements were correct).

Had a CCTV drainage survey carried out staff were friendly and well mannered staff & I received my report promptly. Having repairs carried out soon by Drainsmart and have no worries as I know they’ll do an excellent job!
