They were very quick to respond, identify the problem, give a competitive quote, and do the work. Comms were good, as was the work itself (fixing a displaced sewer drain). Would highly recommend

Oliver came out at 1230 am on a Saturday night as we had sewage coming on to our patio. He kept us updated of his ETA (he was travelling quite far), and gave us a rough price in advance. He fully investigated and correctly assessed that it was not our drains, but a communal drains issue, so he put us on to the right people, he spoke to them too and followed up the next day via text to see how it was going. Thoroughly helpful and reassuring in an unpleasant mini crisis! Would definitely recommend.

I called Oliver and his team after our main drain became blocked. He came the following day assessed the problem and explained the options very clearly as well as providing a temporary solution.

We went with his recommendations and they came a few days later and completed all the works needed to rectify the problem and stop it happening again.

Oliver came to provide an estimate for a blocked drain. Having had 2 companies visit previously only he identified that the drain was shared with other houses and was therefore the responsibility of the local sewerage company. We are very grateful for his expertise and integrity and had potentially saved us a large amount of money. Would fully recommend.

Called about a blocked kitchen sink, Oliver took the trouble to come out the same day despite being far from my location and having several other stops that day. He made sure to update me on his eta throughout the day when his schedule changed and I really appreciated the regular communication.

He cleared the blockage and explained to me the process at each stage of everything he wanted to try, and then once the main blockage was cleared he took some extra measures to clear the rest of the external pipe work as a precaution without being asked.

Called for a blocked drain, water overflowing firm manhole cover on drive. They had someone out same day, cleared the block and used the camerato look at the broken pipe. Had a team come back 2 days later to repair the pipe with an inner tube.

We had a blockage in our waste drain, which was causing a large leak in the downstairs of our newly-purchased home. Within minutes of arriving, Oliver had not only cleared the blockage, but also identified a more serious potential long-term problem. After clearly explaining our options, and clearly stating how much each would be, he was happy to go with our decision and ensure we would avoid that potential major problem. Within 3 days of first getting in touch, Drains 24 had not only solved the immediate issue, but prevented us having a expensive issue to deal with long term.
