Very quick response, cleared tree roots which had caused blockage in past (a national drainage company cleared but then didn't do roots). Also repair pitch fibre pipe which was becoming flat. Was shown cctv to show the problems. Pipes were lined. Very efficient.

While some reviews suggest concerns about upselling and service transparency, my experience fell somewhere in between. It’s worth considering them, but keep an eye on the details to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

I had a blocked kitchen sink with a somewhat unorthodox plumbing setup. The team at Drains24 scheduled me with relatively short notice and did a fantastic job of cleaning the blockage and explaining the issues.

They also provided me with additional information about the unorthodox plumbing setup in my building and how it can be rectified. Highly recommended.

I called out Drains 24 because I was having a reoccurring issue with my plumbing smelling foul and getting blocked. I had previously hired 3 drainage companies that had not permanently solved my issue.

Despite reading great reviews here and elsewhere I can not recommend Drains24 at all.

I hope your experience is better than mine but I strongly advise you to find someone else.

-- The difference between promises and reality (timing, price, completion, success)
-- Beware the constant (and likely unnecessary) upsell
-- Check the work is complete //as quoted// before paying

Drains24 came out at very short notice to my mums house to unblock a drain. Normally I like to be there with her but couldn’t make it. The team turned up on time, really polite and unblock the drain quickly. Spoke to my mum afterwards and she was really happy with the service and their professionalism. No hesitation in recommending this company.

After calling for a quote on 29th April Oliver managed to fit us in for laying a new drainage system from garage to existing sewer line on the 2nd May (about 14m). The lads had to dig through an old chippings driveway, but were let down slightly by delivery instead of morning delivery, it arrived in the afternoon, but the lads kept on working until job was completed at about 7pm. Very well cleared up and neighbours driveway also.

Very good service, explains everything that needs doing and turns up promptly when booked.
