Drain Doctor - Oxford Omdömen

Drain Doctor is very reliable.
I have used them many times. They always identify the problem and explain the remedy with the cost identified upfront.

On this occasion Drain Doctor carried out drain repairs that had been identified by a CCTV survey.
The engineers, Sam and Karel, arrived early and got straight to work.
Both were friendly and helpful.
They carried out the extensive works with no impact on our activities inside the house.
Sam and Karel finished up by leaving the property neat and tidy as it was before the works.
With Drain Doctor an appointment request is always replied to right away and an engineer call out is scheduled quickly.
I highly recommend Drain Doctor.

Had a blocked sink drain problem - was helped by James who was kind, professional, quick and arrived to the appointment on time. Can't really ask for more.

On time , helpful and efficient, second time we’ve used Drain Doctor , both times excellent would highly recommend,

So easy to book. Immediate confirmation. Appointment less than 24 hours later. Friendly engineer. Excellent service. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Fast response, Brad was very efficient, polite and helpful.
Strongly recommend them

Thank you

Came on time the next day after reporting problem
discussed problem and agreed price
Great service

AS usual: Prompt, professional and efficient. Used them multiple times, for business and domestic plumbing. Never a problem.

Your team arrived on time and without any fanfare went about the annual drains check in a very professional way!
Much appreciated...
John.

Very quick response, very polite, diagnosed the problem as requiring a different specialist, so didn't charge

It was incredibly easy to book an appointment, our engineer was here quickly and when he said he would be, and the issue quickly fixed. The service couldn't have been better.

Extremely thorough and professional service. Thank you.

Landlords beware: This company tried to add another £100 on to my bill claiming because I rent out my house to tenants that it is a commercial property not a domestic property. However a domestic property definition is one that people live in (whether owned or rented). We couldn’t agree a price and they left, wasting their time and mine. Found another company who did a great job for £200 less than they quoted.

After dropping my car keys down a storm drain (with 2 kids in the unlocked car) I called Jon and he immediately offered to help. Jon and Sam made a potentially very stressful situation into an everyday hero experience by coming within the hour and retrieving the keys (that still worked by the way!) and I will be eternally grateful to them both- thank you so much. I can’t recommend Drain Doctor Oxford enough, impeccable service.

Within 2 hours of my initial call an engineer was on his way to unblock my kitchen sink waste, the engineer phoned us directly and informed us of his time of arrival.
He arrived only a few minutes late and proceeded to do his work in an efficient and thorough way. He was both friendly and helpful and fully tested out his work before leaving us. Thank you Drain Doctor, Oxford.

Super helpful, knew what the issue was straight away. Seemed nice and friendly and got the job done while I could carry on with work.

They were more than prompt, for an appointment made early afternoon. They turned up at 5 PM, rather than the 6pm to 7 PM window. Very helpful, so excellent service for a slightly difficult job. I would recommend them totally.

Thank you. Excellent service. Luke was very efficient and thorough. Explained and Sorted the problem quickly and with good humour.

Very polite friendly personable operative, efficient and helpful, very carefully checked all possible problem areas. Communication from the company very good – from the very quick first response to my request, and then about scheduling the visit etc., and updating me about arrival time etc. Operative left everything very tidy. Not over-priced – very fair. A very positive experience :) Thank you!

Within 24 hours of contacting Drain Doctor Oxford, Bradley arrived to survey my leaky drains, take amazing photographs and patiently explain how to resolve the problems. A report and quotation arrived within an hour. If only all problems were met with the same amazing friendly and knowledgeable service I received from Drain Doctor! Thank you!
