Drain Doctor - Oxford Omdömen

Our surveyor Bradley was amazing today - he was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements and paid careful attention to what we needed in order to progress with our extension - both for architectural drawings and preparing for applying for the buildover agreement. We're really grateful. Millie and Jon were also fantastic at replying quickly to emails with helpful information.

Quick, helpful, exactly what we needed - thank you!

Brad was courteous and completed the sink repair and blockage work promptly. I did not catch his colleague's name but he bled the radiators and explained exactly what he could and could not do. Very satisfied with the work.

Great service... Had our drains patched and lined. Engineer and his team were very professional, inspired a lot of confidence and were always positive.

I was very pleased with my visit from Drain Doctor, the team was very competent, and provided me with good advice. I also found them to be very trustworthy with the pricing system, ensuring ,that I was comfortable with the tasks to be undertaken (and payment for them) ahead of time.
I very much recommend them.

Easy to book, punctual, well priced, very competent and pleasant

Adam and James were fast, friendly, and professional. They explained what they were doing, provided a quote, and then completed the work quickly and effectively.
My cat even liked them, and he doesn't like anyone.

Quick, helpful and value for money. Came out within two hours on a Saturday evening and sorted the blockage within the hour.

I can't thank Adam and James enough for their outstanding service! They were not only friendly but also remarkably efficient in clearing our drains and trampoline pit after a blockage in the main drain. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. Thank you both.

Sam the engineer was really helpful, and knowledgeable and friendly. Got the blockage sorted really quickly and gave good advice on how to avoid it occurring again.

A fantastic experience from start to finish! From the email request on Saturday to Brad turning up on time today and fixing our drains. Thank you for such a great service - would definitely recommend.

Excellent service as per usual from DrainDoctor from initial booking through to completion. James was very professional, efficient, and the fee was very reasonable. I have before and will continue to use the company as and when required as always highly reliable.

Thorough clean and descale of our drains was carried out by James. Excellent and friendly service.

Excellent service. Drain unblocked with no mess and tenants satisfied.
Thank you!

I can honestly say this company is fantastic!
The lovely lady on the phone was very helpful and sent Sam round asap.
Sam was very nice and helpful. He let me ask lots of questions and gave lots of advice. Would definitely recommend them! 100 per cent to Sam! Thank you 😊

Have now used this company a handful of times and always been impressed. Great communication, always accommodating and efficient whilst dealing with something that's not the most glamourous.

Found to be very good value for money and will continue to use these guys whenever the need arises.

Excellent service the person was very friendly

Drain Doctor made a same day appointment for me after we had a leak in our home causing water to pour through the kitchen ceiling. James came out sooner than expected and, after investigating the pipework, cleared the blockage causing the problem. He returned a week later to fix the issue which had caused the blockage. All in all a great company to deal with - clear, prompt and comprehensive communication at all times. Thank you!

Fortunately we are infrequent customers of DrainDoctor, having required their services on two occasions only. We would not hesitate to call on them in the future and commend them to others.
Brad was very thorough and kept us informed throughout the procedure and provided an excellent report on completion.
