Efficient, Tidy, Pleasant
Charlie was polite, pleasant and clear, who explained everything to us including the breakdown of costs before starting any work, he was tidy and efficient. Arrived on time. Really nice lad, a credit to Drain Doctor. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company

Outstanding service from Jessica!
Thank you Jessica for the regular updates and advice throughout the time my rental property was being repaired. This was invaluable whilst I wasn't able to visit the property myself and you also kept in regular contact with the tenant which meant that I didn't have to pass on the information. Top service!

Top team and fast response
The response came within an hour of make contact via the website. The job was done the following morning unblocking the outside gulley and checking that the drains were clear for our neighbours too. The team, Jessica on the phone and Charlie the engineer were lovely and helpful and come highly recommended. Top job team.

Polite and efficient from start to finish.
From start to finish, my experience was very positive. The lady on the national line was incredibly helpful and nice, and Jess from the Coventry/Hinckley branch was equally as lovely. The technician, who I believe was called Alex, was polite and efficient - promptly fixing the problem, when the water company couldn't!

Awesome customer service
What was brilliant was that Jessica at Hinckley got gack to me on a Sunday and arranged a visit at a time convenient to me. Charley, who came out to look at the drains, was both a great teacher and did a thorough inspection and talked me through what the issue was. Team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Got my future custom.....
