Drain Doctor - Coventry Omdömen 

I have used Drain Doctor Coventry a couple of times and it's always a pleasure dealing with Jessica in the office. A recent large drain job was booked in quickly. The engineer was very professional and friendly. Job completed without any problems. I would highly recommend Drain Doctor Coventry.

A big thank you to all staff at Drain Doctor , from the first call( what a wonderful knowledgeable lady called Jessica ) everything she said she would do happened.
A call half hour before the lads arrived on Monday 4th December to advise they were on their way.
Two fabulous lads,Charlie and Will...on arrival they introduced theirselves, checked our problem out and then proceeded to explain what they would do.. They have a pad with a drop down menu with all costs... nothing hidden.
Very polite , excellent work ethics , professional, clean and very very reliable.

I am extremely impressed with the lady who took my call, Jessica, and the two men who attended my property. Everything happened as they said it would. They gave me an honest assessment of the problem and whilst they could not resolve it they explained what needed to be done next and why. In this day and age it was encouraging to use a firm that was honest, reliable and stuck to the time scales.

Excellent service from initial phone call to the engineers Will & Aaron turning up within an hour to sort the problem.Also good advice to prevent any ongoing problems

We needed an emergency plumber for a blocked toilet on a Sunday. I called and spoke to Jessica who was very helpful and professional.
She arranged for the team to come out to us within a few hours, as we only had one toilet in the house.
They were absolutely fantastic in diagnosing the issue and walking us through the process of what would happen.
They did a great job from start to finish with very reasonable charges too.
Drain Doctor Hinckley definitely get 5 stars from us and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

The engineer was excellent, very polite and informative talked me through all options available to sort my problem I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of drain services.

I had just moved into a new property and found out that my drainage was not cleared out. I reached out to Drain Doctors and Tyrone was sent to assist. He clearly explained what the issue was and did all he could to rectify the issue. He cleared out as much of the blockage that was the issue and emphasised contacting the developer since the clear out should have been done by them before completion.

Thank you Tyrone and hopefully we get this sorted by the developer ASAP.

Cellar flooded and requested for a complete CCTV survey of house. c£800. It’s an old house with extensive drainage so not too bad a quote. Two guys came out. Quite good, clearly better than the previous company. They had the right tools and seemingly the right knowledge. However their recommendation was to block the cellar gully which without know the water table level seems a little silly - this would have just pushed the water elsewhere. They identified three parts of UDD for patch lining. The quote was c£1600 plus VAT! I got it done for £800 and that was still expensive by comparison to other quotes - went with the neighbour’s drainage technician who knows the area. Recently had to get insurance involved to look at cellar and separately they’ve identified crss as cracked pipes less than 2 moths after the Drain Doctor survey. Sort of makes sense as the water levels were causing erosion to a piece of tarmac under them. Find anyone else!

It was really stressful having my elderly mums only toilet not flushing .
When the two lads arrived they were amazing from start to finish . Very professional- one of them was a trainee and was asking lots of questions about the job.
It turned out to be a bit more complicated and took nearly 3 hours but they never complained and finished the job . Would definitely recommend . Thank you ! 😊

There was an awful smell coming from my pipes when my washing machine drained of water.
I found Drain Doctor recommended on google so gave them a call. The lady I spoke to arrange my call out for the next day. I was kept up to date through the morning with calls from the lady letting me know what time he was due to get to me as he was a little delayed. When the plumber arrived he explained everything to me and gave me options of what he could do for me and the exact prices (they use a drop down menu) no pressure to go for the bigger job, however I did because I knew the pipes really needed a good clean out. He made no mess, was polite and friendly. And a bonus… he was extremely good looking!

Very quick response for which we were grateful. They dealt with the problem very well although it was a long job. On completion Charlie left it clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend the Hinckley/Burbage branch

Charlie did a great job in very adverse conditions. Found the problem and sorted it. When he left you would not know he had been here having dug up part of the garden to get to the problem. Really great service from the lady in the office.
