Drain Doctor - Bristol & Gloucestershire Omdömen 

Disappointing. Blocked toilet. They came and cleared the blockage. Felt quite expensive (£288 for a few hours work) but it was a messy job and they had to remove the toilet so just glad to have it done. A few days later the toilet was smelling really bad so I looked underneath and a load of waste had been left. I spent a while cleaning it out but couldn’t reach it all. To be fair once I told them they came back, took the toilet off and cleaned the area but when you’ve paid an expert a lot of money you don’t expect them to put the toilet back on and leave a load of faeces underneath where you can’t reach it.

Kai arrived early & went straight to work & resolved the blockage within 1 hour very friendly & polite can thoroughly recommend Drain Doctor.
Also the call handler was very polite & very efficient.
Definitely would use & recommend the company again, great job!!

Needed an outside drain clearing urgently as was drainage for all domestic water. Called before 9am on a Sunday, planned to send someone out that afternoon and then got a call to say because of cancellation they would arrive in 10 minutes. By 10am drain was cleared. Excellent, friendly and efficient service by the whole team. Will definitely keep their number and would recommend.

From the initial and ongoing communication with the office staff who were polite, friendly and helpful to the initial site visits to assess the job and do checks and carry out paperwork on my behalf which was professional and reassuring to the actual work to install my surface water solution, connecting to my existing foul water drain which was carried out well (even allowing for an unexpected alteration to the plan when an existing drain connection was discovered), thoroughly and professionally.

The whole service provided was excellent. Tom who attended fixed the drainage problem very efficiently, explaining and agreeing all the steps needed to identify and clear the problem. His manner and actions gave me total confidence in his expertise.

Tom is a great guy always polite and helpful. Helped me out a couple of times now with some blockages. Nothing appears to be to much trouble and always in a good mood. Highly recommend. Fantastic service.

I used Drain doctor for Gloucester. Who arrived at my house after 40 minutes of the initial call, on a Sunday! Quick , efficient, explained everything. Drain unblocked within the hour, the problem was explained to me and whatvwould been to fixed longterm. Very nice man. Thank-you

Andy arrived on time, quickly assessed what needed to be done, explained the cost, and got to work. He dealt with a couple of complications extremely well and got the blockage removed in good time.

We had a blocked kitchen drain with fat and food waste at Christmas time. The Drain Doctor were very helpful and Ruth was great on the phone. The call out was quick and Kai was polite and helpful. Everything was sorted quickly thanks to him, with before and after photos and a very clear explanation of the charges. Would definitely recommend the Drain Doctor
