Matt came very quickly after my emergency call and battled manfully and patiently with a filthy, stinking, sewage-ridden drain for 3 hours. He was able to diagnose the problem - a collapsed pipe in the road outside the house - wrote a clear report and told me how to get Severn Trent Water to deal with it. He was outstanding - please give him a good bonus, he deserves it given the difficult job he does with such grace.

It was a tricky job but Matt and his colleague persevered until the problem was identified and repaired - it took about 5 hours - and it was left clean and tidy. Couldn’t fault them today.
