Dragoncavern Omdömen

Had a really great experience buying a game online from these guys.
There are so many dodgy online game sellers about right now, that it's a real pleasure to come across a genuine store who really care about their customers.
Even though the game I purchased wasn't massively expensive, the attention to detail in the packing of the game was refreshing to see. Reinforced box edges, plenty of paper packing, a personally signed note from the owners and a couple of complimentary custom dice thrown in for good measure.
Although the price I paid was very competitive, I would happily pay more in the future for this sort of service.
If you're looking to purchase games online, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys and they will certainly be my first port of call for future gaming related purchases!!!

I've bough a game from Dragon Cavern and was absolutely delighted by the service they provide.
The owners kept me informed about the delivery, which is so good during these unpredictable lockdown times.
The game arrived very well and safely packed with the note and a little present/surprise, such a nice touch!
The games prices are competitive, the choice is good, I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered an advent calendar from Dragon Cavern to be delivered to a different address. It arrived quickly, communication was excellent and the team went out of their way to provide a personal service. My son loves the advent calendar and I couldn't be happier with the service. 5 stars (and all of the positive reviews) well and truly deserved. Thank you.

In a summary perfect service. Huge selection of games, next day delivery, package arrived on time and the board game was really well packed. I can only recommend to anyone, communication is great, and they even sent surprise dices which is always helpful for any gamer. Thank you Dragon Cavern, it is really good to know that there are places like you in this country :)

I placed a preorder 3 months prior to the expected date of delivery. Dragon cavern kept me up to date and even let me know when the game was on its way to them before making its way to me. Great service and appreciate the extra eco-friendly packaging to protect my game in transit. I'll be back!

FABULOUS!!! I was struggling to find a couple of items in stock anywhere at a reasonable price. Came across Dragon Cavern by chance, they had them in stock and when I called up to double check, they were super friendly and helpful. Order placed and within 24hours my parcel had arrived. Took all the stress out of it.
Great service. Friendly helpful team. Super quick delivery. Great prices. What more could you ask for! Thank you :)

I can't praise this company enough! Brilliant communication and excellent pricing. The high ratings here are totally justified. I used their service to preorder the TI expansion and now they've gained themselves a future customer!

First time using this retailer. To be honest had never heard of them not being local but took a chance I suppose. Not disappointed, great prices and delivery next day. What's not to like. Will use again.

Very prompt, excellent prices and great customer service.

They carry far more stock than is listed on their website and got me a game I had tried to get for my son for three years.

Support a family run business that really care about what they do and whose prices easily compete with Amazon.

Excellent communication and service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This was probably the best online shopping experience I've ever had. The team at Dragon Cavern were incredibly helpful and their pricing was super competitive, but they didn't stop there. They didn't charge for postage, but more importantly they packed the items exceedingly well and even sent me a photo of the items securely packaged, as I was worried about damage in transit. The package arrived safely the very next day, with a thank you note and a gift inside. I look forward to shopping with them again.

A journey into the unknown to get a Christmas present for someone. Found what I had been asked for on the ebay shop. The communication, and speed of delivery is just what you want to receive when you order something online, as you have to in the current climate, and not something you often get from the big retailers. Places like this deserve our support, as the little note in the package, and the surprise dice are an amazing personal touch. Than you Team Dragon :-)

Had a problem with their on-line store so sent an email. They replied swiftly and I was able to process mu order. My order came promptly and was packaged well.
Great all round service. Purchase with confidence.

Amazing! Managed to find what I was looking for at a much more reasonable price than I could find anywhere else. The store kept in communication throughout, and I received my order really quickly and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a game Friday night and it was hand delivered Saturday afternoon. Fantastic friendly service, could not recommend them highly enough. Will definitely be using them again!

Good price, quick delivery.

Top notch customer service. Peter has the time to discuss games at length and makes good recommendations. I’ve bought 3 games in two months from the Dragon Cavern and will continue to support the business going forward. Keep up the good work and I look forward to the upcoming game nights.

Ordered a game as a present. It was delivered quickly and easily.

Ordered Small world via Dragon Caverns ebay site, had an issue with a voucher code, communication was prompt and issue sorted staight away. Order arrived safely with a well recived gift, thank you, after less than 48 hours of ordering, would certainly order from them again

They always stock a great selection of board games with competitive prices. I purchased two hard to find games which were being sold above RRP elsewhere, but were at a discount here. Shipping was amazingly fast (thanks DPD!), and packaging was the best I've ever seen. Will always be checking Dragon Cavern first when looking for something new!
