Richard and Tom are lovely and always helpful with advice. They make our little family so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Reliable, knowledgeable and friendly!

Ordered twice from them, the first time the order was placed on 30/11 and wasn't dispatched until 05/12, the second time it was dispatched a day late as Ordered on a next day service. Cards arrived in a paper envelope (no padding), loose in a cheap ziploc sandwich bag, in between two empty toploaders (bearing in mind that they didn't bother to put any cards in the toploaders).

Lastly, a lot of the cards themselves were frayed on the edges and warped. Despite prices being mostly reasonable, I will only be coming back if absolutely necessary.

Card goblin were amazing at getting cards to us super quick when we needed it! We always want to support them, they are a great bunch and always have what we need.

Original delivery was quick but there were two cards missing from the package. Once Card Goblin knew of the issue they rectified it quickly.

Got what i wanted at a decent price, arrived relatively quickly. Will be willing to reuse and shop there again.

Great service, I was instantly Informed about about a card that unfortunately wasn't in stock after purchase, only a couple quid. Was informed that a refund of the card and postage will be with me and a few days later it was refunded. Honestly great website 👌

I put through a pre order as normal for mtg I think it was 2 months early so fairly far away from the delivery date proposed. No problems so far, I emailed in August forbs update reminder on when to expect the package, they replied 2 days later which I'm happy about saying the expected date of shipping as well as a possibility of it being a day behind due to how they'd get the item in again no problems there very happy.

Only problem is it's 5 days past the date I was supposed to get a tracking number and I've sent a follow up email a few days ago asking for an update as well as one midway through today. Understandably quantity of emails and workload that may lead to slow responses but 5 days is a bit far of the scale when it comes to no tracking numbers or no updates. As it stands I don't even know if I have a parcel anymore. If it was something relatively cheap I'd not be phased but it was a pricey order and a gift.

If this gets resolved within the next few days I'll pop in the updates and resolutions.

Update: I've had an email from Tom and an explanation as well as a tracking code, all now to do it to wait for the parcel but either wya happy days thank you for explaining 😊

The order was delivered to the wrong address, even after responding to royal mail they did not respond.
