Dragoncavern Omdömen

Great service and delivery well packaged

Bought Gloomhaven JotL on Sunday evening and received it on Tuesday noon (with an extra little gift).

Excellent service at a very reasonable price and well protected packaging for shipping. Very impressed and will be using again!

I've ordered three games recently, that I had looked up on Amazon but found cheaper at Dragon Cavern. The delivery service was excellent as was the nice note from the team and complimentary dice. Great new business and I'll be supporting them with any new purchases in the future. Highly recommended.

Really happy with the prices and the level of service. Seems like a well run new shop and I wish them much success.

Thank you so much for getting Gloomhaven JotL to me safely. The delivery was fantastic and your communication throughout speedy and useful. I will definitely purchase from you again!

Made a pre-order and received unprompted regular update emails providing clear concise information. When I’ve contacted them in the past they’ve responded really quickly and I get the sense that staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely make a purchase from them again in the future.

I preordered a game from them and it arrived a few days after release in perfect condition and with free 6 and 10 sided dice!
The website has fantastic prices and an unbelievable selection of games. I will definitely order from them again.

Had the pleasure of ordering 'Spirit Island' through their ebay store and couldn't be more impressed with the all-round service. Fantastic communication throughout, a good price and some lovely personal touches that are very much appreciated as a buyer.

Most importantly (for me) for products like these packaging was top-notch - I can't count the number of times a certain large online retailer has fallen down on this front to ship me items that arrive with dinted boxes from insufficient packaging or are just rolling around in an empty box!

In summation, it's great to find another independent seller that I will be delighted to continue to support going forward.

Bravo!

Pre-ordered Gloomhaven Jaws of the Lion from Dragon Cavern. Fantastic Customer experience as I had regular updates about delivery expectation leading up to fulfilment. Once stock was in delivery was super-fast and the game was safely packed - and they even threw in a few dice. Fantastic. My first time ordering from them and I definitely recommend.

Excellent product at a great price. Delivered quickly and very well packed. Will buy from again!

Really great support on both the site + facebook - everything came well packaged and in great conditions.

Really happy with the purchased from them - 10 STARS !

The package arrived much sooner than my daughter who ordered it had anticipated. The game was safely packaged in recyclable materials. We are very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Dragon Cavern is everything somebody could ask for in a local game store. Friendly staff with a great knowledge of tabletop gaming, a huge inventory and extremely competitive pricing. I can't recommend them enough!

Very well packaged parcel, great prices, very fast dispatch and delivery, would definitely come back and buy some more products.

Bought Twilight Imperium at the best price around, it came the next day, packaged very securely, and with a lovely personal touch. Cannot recommend enough, would happily buy here again.

Very fast service and competitive prices. Will definitely use Dragoncavern again in the future. Thank you!

Extremely quick, friendly service. Loving my new game, thank you!

I stumbled upon the Dragon Cavern website while looking to preorder and buy some board games. I have now bought from them a couple of times and have had perfect service. Good Prices, well packaged, fast delivery.

Went into the store today and received amazing service. The store was spacious and yet had everything I could need and more. Very friendly staff and really competitive prices will be making a lot more visits here in the future! Highly recommend. Thank you so much!
