I had this installed by a professional…
I had this installed by a professional seat upholstery service and the front seat was fine, the pillion had a bubble in it near the embroidery and wouldn't sit flat. The upholsterer said it was due to the material being stretched as they did the embroidery and could not be rectified. I contacted the seller and they have been useless. Great product if it arrives OK, if it doesn't then you're screwed

Unhelpful, poor customer service, unreliable.
Placed two orders recently.
First one was shipped in a reasonable timeframe for a reasonable price.
Second order was an item supposedly "in stock".
The order remains in "processing" status for OVER A MONTH.
Contacted the store and they said they have a "delay" on the specific item. With no delivery time estimates or options to cancel the order. The specific item still remains "in stock"....

Arrogant unhelpful and 100% USELESS.. you know those people that think they're doing you a favour? This little Italian company is beyond intransigent. You write them to place an full order of many items... Can you put them in ONE box and not charge 6 time for shipping? Instead of welcoming your business... the response...? "This is not the place to save money" One would have to be derogatory to describe this rectum. - 100 stars

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. They advertise an exhaust on ebay, with a 3 day delivery. Not only do they happily take your money then do not despatch for well over a month, they fail to highlight that there will be additional charges of more than £300 for import charges into the UK. I know its the buyers responsibility to check, but other sellers highlight this in their advertisement.
Still not even despatched the product yet. Let's hope the HUGE cost and Extremely long waiting time is worth it??? Surely they shouldn't advertise something for sale that they haven't even made??? They take your money, then it takes over a month to make it!! Expect at least 2 months to wait for your product!!! Waste of time. Avoid!!!
