DHL run a frustrating service,
I took an item to a shop on Wednesday, 22nd January. It is now Monday, 27th January, and the item still cannot be tracked.
The shop doesn’t provide you with a receipt, the online tracking shows absolutely nothing, and there’s no way to contact anyone for assistance.
What a farcical organisation!
Just search for "DHL" on Trustpilot to see the abysmal service they provide to clients. Shocking. Avoid if you can.
