The best slides I have ever worn, they are very comfortable and very good looking. Shipping is very fast as well

I have been ordering from them at least the last 3 years. My grandson loves these. I have not had an issues with them at all.

Everytime this company crosses my mind or my algorithm they are getting 1 star absolutely infuriating and disgusting

I order them and they were in Florida I'm in Oklahoma and they got here in a decent time. package wasn’t damaged and they kept me updated

draco is actually the best slides i’ve ever tried on my feet before. and i’m going to keep purchasing draco’s as long as their business is available for. once you go remastered black, you can’t go back

My experience turned out great..eventually. I ordered 2pairs exactly the same Draco Slides and only received 1 pair. However Draco got everything cleared up and sent my 2nd pair promptly and faster than the 1st pair. My teen boys love their slides! In their words they are "overly comfortable"

I placed an order on Dec3rd. No delivery by Christmas. Numerous communications. Although they were sympathetic there was nothing they could do. My grandson is happy with the products. It’s the delivery that is the problem. Why am I paying for express shipping if it takes a month for delivery?

Ordered from them 3 times now. Great experience, quick shipping, good service, ext. Slides and clothing are amazing quality, must buy.

I usually don’t leave reviews UNLESS my experience is extremely good, or extremely poor. In this case, extremely POOR. Just like the other comments, my package has not shipped and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Up until 2 days ago the shipment status from their shipper (ShipX) said label created, waiting to receive package. Now, it simply says “tracking information unavailable”. Yes, I’ve reached out twice now, and no, Dracoslides is not responding. I’m convinced that I’ve been scammed. Considering contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. I’ll give them another 48hours before I do so.

I placed an order on 7 December as a Christmas gift for my son. I received an email confirmation on 17 December that my order was on the way. On 26th December I sent an email to the company inquiring about the status because when I tracked it, it only showed that the pre-shipment lab was created. I received a response saying it was still within the usual processing and shipping time… today, 7 January I sent a follow up email because the status is still the same. I was told that the label was created, but it wasn’t shipped yet which I already knew so they didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know. I was then told to keep an eye out for updates with the tracking number. Again, this was not helpful at all, and I responded and told them so. I also asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t refund me because the pre-shipment label was created and that when I received the order, I can just return it following the return policy.

It came in 2 weeks and is very comfy and good customer service I recommend😁

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience ordering from Draco Slides. I placed an order for a pair of expensive slides for my son in early December, well in advance of Christmas. It is now January 6th, and I have still not received the order.

The lack of communication has been appalling — I only received responses after repeatedly chasing for updates, and even then, there was no real effort to resolve the issue. For a company selling premium-priced products, I expected far better service and accountability.

I’ve been left out of pocket $150 AUD, with no slides, no clear answers, and no initiative shown from Draco Slides to fix the situation. It should never be the customer’s job to fight for basic communication or resolution. When I wrote a bad review over 3 weeks ago, they miraculously sent a tracking number, however it’s been sitting en route now for 3 weeks.

At this point, I would strongly caution others against ordering from Draco Slides until they address their serious issues with customer service, communication, and order fulfillment.

I got the slides quickly, they were cheap, and they fit really well plus came in a nice bag which I really like. I also got some free stickers with my order.

Ordered Dec. 27th, received Jan.5th!! Purchased for my 14yr old and he absolutely loves them!!! I'm overall happy with shipping, tracking & slides!! I recommend!

I wish i could give zero stars. I ordered these as a Christmas present for my son and never received them. Huge disappointment. Don’t waste ur time. Would honestly rather buy crocs than these, especially with shit customer service!!!!!!!!!

Order in Nov and still no slides Jan 3 ..I ordered 3 pairs and it was suppose to be here before Christmas

They feel like your walking on clouds , they also make it very affordable with deals always happening like buy one get one free or a discount of 20% off or higher .They are a wonderful gift overall I'd definitely spend more money on these in the future

I ordered two pairs of draco slides on Dec 8 and it ended up coming in on the 31st. Keep in mind I paid for express shipping so it’d get here before christmas. I also only received one of the pair of slides which is even more disappointing. I DMed them on instagram and on email and still no response. The slides are nice but the customer support and late shipping is ridiculous .
