Bad customer service and a scam company
Paid for the vip membership and when i placed my order i got the gray reflective slides with socks. They make u pay 9.99 for express shipping which means it shouldn’t take 9 days to get here. When i finally got the slides… one of them had bad stitching. It took a few days to get a response from customer service and after sending pics i was only offered a $10 gift card? Really?? On top of that they sent a separate email saying my socks would come as a 2nd shipment and i still haven’t gotten those yet. I dont know if they expect me to return these to get a new pair but im not waiting just to return some slides and have to wait more weeks to get a new pair. I am going to every platform to tell how bad this company is. There is no contact number and it takes forever to get in contact with someone. I even bought the distressed pair last year paying almost $150 and i had no problems. I planned to buy several pair which is why i bought the VIP membership but im not supporting this company anymore.

Don’t pay for express shipping
I don’t know how they fit or feel bc I haven’t received them! I paid for express shipping and almost 10days later still waiting, though they advertise 1-5days. They won’t even return my express shipping charge. Feels very much like a scam.

I’ll gladly update this review if I ever get my order which was placed on February 23rd with plenty of time to arrive before my son’s birthday on March 5th. It’s the 9th and still no slides, no updated tracking, and finally a reply from Draco after 3 inquiries. “Best part”…I relied to their correspondence and it got sent back as undeliverable. I’ll give them another day or two and then the charges will be reversed via my credit card company. Frustrating to say the least.

Awful customer service
I've been waiting for a $250 order since January 28th. SCAM company. Do not buy from them.
Update 3/7. Still no delivery. Going on week 6 now. I’ve been in constant contact with customer service and they have not once been able to provide a location nor a ETA for the package. The reply below is typical - say they will provide ETA and transit status and never do. After all the back and forth they have not once provided updated package location or provide an ETA. No refund, just a $10 gift card…like who would ever order from this company a second time?
Disputing charges on my credit card today.
